    I replaced my last HP after it got ruined in 13 months by using Costco refill service. I like that the pages don't fall on the floor when printing.

    Good printer with great new features. Scan to net computer works and is most convenient. Waiting to see if #of pages per cartridges is accurate.

    Fairly easy to setup. Fast double-sided copier. Fast fax. Internal tray very helpful. Only drawback is large footprint.

    The setup for this printer took quite a while. Especially the scanner. The folks at HP were helpful but the process was time consuming.
