    Nice, compact printer

Printer works as advertised. I do like the smaller compact size compared to the 8600 series. It is a little loud, not disturbingly so, but enough to know it's on and working. I did not opt in for 6 mos ink. I hear it's a hassle to cancel.

We purchased this based on numerous reviews that indicated this was the best at home office printer - ease of use, quality, etc. So far, I have been extremely pleased. We put it through a good end of the year test - 350 or so envelopes, letters, and more. The envelope feed works nicely and the color overall seems very good. We opted NOT to go down the road of the whole Instant Ink program - sounds way too gimmicky and expensive overall to me.

Replaced a previous HP All-in-One. Overall, easy to set up and works very well. It's operation is a bit noisier than the old one. Make sure the finished tray is extended because it really spits that page out.

My HP Officejet Pro 9015E works well and does everything my old HP8600 Pro did. It prints, scans and copies well. It was priced a lot lower at Best Buy than my last printer. The only negative is that it is loud. I have not had any problems, but if I do, I will be well taken care of as a Total Tech member.

This is an excellent All-in-One Copier! I First of all, I like the combination colors, white and black. Secondly, when I push Fax, Copy or Scan, it does its job instantly! The All-in-One was easy to set-up; and there after, ready for use. Oh and one more thing, the price, the price was very reasonable, which was one of the reasons I selected this Copier. The other reason is, this was simply an upgrade from my last HP PRINTER.

HP has always been a go-to brand for my family. We've gone back & forth between HP and Okidata over the years starting with the dot matrix printer. Until recently we were with Okie data but okay data decided just to pull out of North America sales. So when my church decided they needed a new printer we went out and got an HP this printer. If Prince great it looks beautiful but James constantly. The instructions to clear the jam aren't clear on the printer and so you have to peruse the internet to figure it out. Luckily after 5 hours of trying to figure out where the other jam is because it keeps telling us if there's a jam I find a video One solitary video on one person telling us how to look underneath a certain area on the printer. And voila it's fixed. Haven't had a problem since very grateful for the print in the bulletins look amazing for church now again.

Device was easy to set up. I already had the HP app from using another HP printer that I replaced with this device. It is rather noisy so if you are wanting a quiet printer, this is not the one to purchase. However, if you are wanting a printer that does the basics, this is it. It isn't that quick at scanning through the document tray, but it gets the job done.

This is one impressive printer! It has all the features one needs for home use. It is stylish, not overpowering in size and does the job very quickly. On a negative note, it was somewhat difficult to setup scanning to a computer. The scan to computer feature only works with a PC computer. Using my iMac you have to place the document on the printer then start the scanning process from the iMac app furnished by HP. Using my PC computer I can initiate scan from the printer. Overall, I am very satisfied with it and have taken advantage of the HP+ service where HP monitors the levels and automatically sends cartridges before you run out of ink. The cartridges have a higher volume of ink surpassing the high yield cartridges and cost 50% less. The first 6 months replacements are free, plus using this service gives you a two year warranty on the printer. If you do not enroll in HP+, then the warranty is for one year. I high recommend this product!

We bought this HP - OfficeJet Pro 9015e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer to replace our old out of date printer. We like all the new features: Bluetooth, Wireless, Printer, Copier, and Scanner. It is quick and easy to install, setup, and print. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Does everything i need. Run a small business from home and i need to be able to scan double sided and in color. Ink lasts pretty well too. Only complaint id the paper teay. It seems flimsy and I'm not sure how long it will last.

I've had this printer for a little over a year now. So far, I really like it. It prints fast in either color or black/white. The images seem to be very clean and clear. I love HP Instant Ink! It is so nice not to worry about ink cartridges. The tray holds a lot of paper—I would say just shy of a full ream. It does struggle a little with certain specialty papers, especially those that are quite smooth. I have used both scanners, and they work great. The ink is very easy to change, and the color touch screen is easy to use. Overall, I would recommend this printer for any small business or home use.

I LOVE this printer. It was exactly what I was expecting/looking for and more! Easy set up, free ink, looks and works great! And I really feel good that it was on sale so I stepped up a little in my price range without actually doing so and don't regret it.

I've used HP for all of my office printers but had strayed to Epson for some of my printing needs the last couple of yrs. Went back to HP w/this and it was a terrific decision. The wi-fi works great. Print quality is excellent. The HP Instant Ink is a deal. HP Smart App is good but there are still a few minor things that I'd like to see done to it. None that keep it from doing an excellent job,

This printer is perfect for my home office. I love that you can print in black and white or in color. I also love that it not only does copy and scan but fax as well. It was easy to set up, even for me. The HP Smart App lets me know the levels of my ink so I never run out.

Works great on my Microsoft-Apple combo computer (iPad/iPhone) system. Air print works well with my home wi-fi connection. Yes, I would buy this product for HP again, if there was a need, however, I think I won’t have to. A small problem was that the paper jammed during printing a few times, but so far, the paper jam was cleared. The retail price was competitive with market.

This is a decent printer for the price. HP’s are typically great quality compared to other brands in this price range in my experience. It was very easy to set up and the color print quality looks good. It prints fairly quickly and I like that it is wireless. The scanning quality is not the best but I won’t be using that function much anyway.
