Great Printer for family use

We loved it. So it was awesome when we finally wore it out to see we could just upgrade. We are back in business. Best thing about this one is it's WiFi.

Replaced a 4 year old HP printer that was having some problems and took the opportunity to upgraded a bit Happy with my decision. And I love the HP InstaInk program.

It was pretty easy to set up (except for a firmware update that didn’t want to download - pretty sure that was a PC issue). If this printer is as solid as previous HPs, we should be set for a long time!

Avoid at all cost the ink subscription

Avoid if you can the HPSmart app, they seem to spy on you (not verified, but why should i login to scan a page?). Printer is good, the apps around it will make you uneasy.

Solid HP Printer

We did have some trouble w/ set up as the small print cartridges did not want to stay in place. It’s a bit louder than our 1022 model which was dated.
