Good sized paper tray. Fast printing! Mechanics have been squeaky from day one. Front/back scanning gets jammed easily. Good printer for small print jobs.

Some times I see things that are really intriguing to me and I usually forget about it By the time I get home. Here I can literally print from anywhere I have service!

Not close to the quality of my older HP 8620

I was shocked by how much quality had been taken out of the build, from the paper tray to the overall frame. I almost tore off the front panel because I thought it was protective cardboard wrap. I guess that as long as the electronics and printing mechanisms have not been degraded it’ll work out fine, but I sure was disappointed with the bill quality.

Don’t think you’re getting free ink!

The reason for 3 stars is HP is very misleading with the 6 months free ink promotion that they have printed on the box. This was definitely one of the deciding factors & good luck signing up… the website requires a cod & it is nowhere to be found. I checked every piece of paper. They obviously do this to real you in for the purchase & then they don’t have to deliver. It’s an extremely crooked move. Best Buy obviously supports it, since they sell it. Nice printer, dishonest marketing tactic to reel you in.

App needs work

Has even more difficult time connecting my kids Android devices to print. The app is not very reliable or intuitive. I like the automatic ink shipments so far. They just show up in the Mail when your printer decides that it needs them.

Now I'm having problems with paper jambs and it is less than 2-months old. In addition, the scan feature is so slow. compared to what I was accustomed to.

Good for home office functions

Took some effort to get the software suite working. Enrolled in the HP Instant Ink but not sure how that will work out. If you stop the subscription the fine print says they disable the printer remotely until you buy your own HP cartridges.
