we actually have two of these, bought the others at Staples due to low supply at BB - very good machines so far, easy to set up and communicate with for scanning, printing, and copying.

I had been struggling with my OLD1 this is one of the best purchases I ever made it is wonderful. I'm not very computer literate but I can work this thing like a champ. Thank you so much.

Excellent multi-purpose printer. It also has fax capability which works fantastic. It print double sided without having to flip the paper over. When I use high gloss photo paper you can’t till the inkjet photo from the original. And I can’t believe how much money is saved me.

So got the printer yesterday and the set up didn’t take long and was able to connect via WiFi. You can print easily. I love that it prints in color, black and white. This one doesn’t install a driver but it’s an app that you have to download. Not sure how the fax feature works and stopped after seeing HP’s privacy nudge. If you are going to try the instant ink membership consider the prepaid card option to load the card. Let’s see how this printer does with longevity. I also noticed that this one weighs much less compared to brother MFC laser printer which is nice! The size is the same. I hope it lasts long and the ink output is reasonable! You get a 2 month free trial with instant ink which was a nice surprise.

Very disappointed. VERY difficult to set up compared to previous models. 3 days off and on with customer support before I got it to work. HP doesn’t offer HPeprint on this model. Printer doesn’t not stay connected to the internet. And when it is connected it constantly wakes up and runs a small test. CSA says this is normal. Customer Service tried to get everything working and was on the phone for hours and even called back multiple times at the agreed upon time. This printer prints fasts and pages look great but if you need HPeprint look for another model.

I have kept to the 9000 series. Really messed up trying to use the older one and this one together. Had to uninstall the older printer to get it to work right.

The printer works great. Love it! This one replaces the exact same model which died when the ink return did not work. You have to buy the long term warranty or you will never get this printer repaired.

Great print quality documents. Also easy to use for this moderately tech-savvy household. Been using this printer daily for work and pleasure tasks from multiple devices. This model seems to be a perfect fit for my home, thus far.

I always had Hp printer , previous model HP pro office jet 8610 lasted for 6 year ( pinhead was damage and replacement cost was $169 plus tax ) so far had good experience with HP New HP printer was easy to set up as long u have HP smart app and it was completed in 10 min and so far loving it Would recommend this printer

It is a nice printer/copier - 2 sided copier, fax. The software is a pain in the butt. In particular getting the scanner to work when you stand at the machine and press buttons. Print quality is good.

Printer is performing nicely and the Gerk Sqyad installation went well. Printer does not seem to be as sturdy or well made as my previous HP.

Ease of set up/use is excellent. Ink is a little pricy.

So far so good. I had issues with set up that required hp tech support to resolve, but the printer is working as advertised now. I’m surprised that the software is only capable of sending faxes and not receiving them!

I think there are better printers out there- On the bright side, the two sided print feature works great and I like the touch screen. However, this printer is loud and clunky. It sounds like a printer that we had more than a decade ago.

I have always loved HP products and this printer lives up to what I expect from HP. It was very easy to set up and I am able to not only print from my laptop, but also from my tablet and phone. The printing quality is great. I haven't yet used it for photo printing.
