Fantastic printer. Very happy with my purchase and the price.

Over all great product, I can print from anywhere. Some times I see things that are really intriguing to me and I usually forget about it By the time I get home. Here I can literally print from anywhere I have service!

This printer is working well so far, since March. My star rating is due to the product support from HP. Not only is the on-line owner's manual not completely accurate, the 'virtual-less' assistant is horrible. I've tried 3 times to use HP's problem solver on-line, and each time goes through a continual loop of continuous non-supporting misinformation. It does nothing for HP's claim of customer service. The instructions for the power saver mode are also incorrect, and I still haven't figured out how to get it to work. But the machine prints well, quickly, and duplexes.

The printer works great. Love it! This one replaces the exact same model which died when the ink return did not work. You have to buy the long term warranty or you will never get this printer repaired.

My first time having an easy to use type of printer. It connects with no issues & I can easily print from my phone or laptop wirelessly which was a BIG issue of mine with my last printer. No more FedEx for me!! All functions work effortlessly!

Three months into operation and I am very pleased, I love that it prints both sides, and the scanner feed was a major update to my previous all-in-one. Makes good prints fast, is a bit noisy but as I said, I am pleased.

I lover this printer for its ease to use and its speed in printing. I set this up for a real estate buisness and it has surpassed all expectations. I like the large black ink cartridge so I can print many more pages before refill. The hp software was a breeze to use.

So far so good. I had issues with set up that required hp tech support to resolve, but the printer is working as advertised now. I’m surprised that the software is only capable of sending faxes and not receiving them!

I have been enjoying my color printer. I use it to print out purse patterns that I purchase on the internet. I also enjoy being able to fax various documents. I like the compact size of the printer as well. Ea

So far I am very pleased with my purchase. It was easy to set up, and for the price point decent for ink jet printer. The only con is that you have to upload each document when scanning. Otherwise it is perfect for light printing, scanning.

It prints excellent quality papers in a reasonable amount of time. Printer is the right size for a home office. only drawback is the output papertray is small and doesnt hold alot of printed papers.

The HP Smart software is clunky as heck, takes forever to try to print anything. I think I may need to reinstall everything again, this should be so easy. When it does print, it is quick. Scanner works great.

The install was very easy. Just followed the quick setup guide. What I really don't like is how much HP is pushing the Instant Ink subscription. I think I had to decline a few times. They have to really stop pushing this to customers.

Wish it was quieter. Kind of noisy and clunky sounds. Already have had one incident where all lights kept flashing crazy and wouldn’t turn off. Don’t like the copy glass either it sometimes cuts off the page.
