Easy to use, not too bulky and very nice printing quality!!

Great overall! I had to use the USB for my printing to work correctly. I connected it to WiFi initially but the printer was printing random characters on top of the page so I printed using a USB connector, that worked. After using the USB connector once, I tried WiFi again and it all worked.

I bought this to replace an HP 8620 all in one that had served me faithfully for over 15 years. I was shocked by how much quality had been taken out of the build, from the paper tray to the overall frame. I almost tore off the front panel because I thought it was protective cardboard wrap. I guess that as long as the electronics and printing mechanisms have not been degraded it’ll work out fine, but I sure was disappointed with the bill quality.

Very pleased with HP printer. The price was reasonable too.

Setup was a bit more tedious than expected given that I have set up earlier HP printers easily. But I was able to complete the setup and the printer works great.

Great all in one printer. Works well and set up was easy.

I had my last HP printer for many years, and I don't like change, so I exected to have some difficulties adapting to a new printer. To my surprise it only took a week before everything was running smoothly. I love my new HP printer!

I have kept to the 9000 series. Really messed up trying to use the older one and this one together. Had to uninstall the older printer to get it to work right.

Price is reasonable Was looking for a printer that was not bulky and prints quality. Overall for the price it’s perfect for me for just printing and copying at home. So I’m satisfied

Just the printer I was looking. It prints double sided which is great for saving paper. Always liked HP printers but this is the best one yet. Highly recommend it.

I have been very happy with this printer. It has met my needs. The app is the best way to used this printer, as the small touch panel is less than ideal for most tasks. I had a bit of difficulty installing the black ink cartridge, but eventually was able to make it work. Other than that, there have not been any issues.

It was easy to set up and it does what I need it to do.

The printer is very functional and works great. It is a pain to set up. Difficult to pair with your computer, especially if you don't have a smart phone.

Printer is performing nicely and the Gerk Sqyad installation went well. Printer does not seem to be as sturdy or well made as my previous HP.

I would rate this high, high. I have not had a chance to install the printer. J have had several HP over the years and got good results from them. I fully expect this model to provide HP’s great performance.

Very quite and fast printer with all the bells & whistles. Can provide all functions needed + HPSmart app makes it much easier to control from your desk

Great printer. Easy to use and set up. Print quality is really nice and fast compared to my previous printers. My favorite feature is the HP Print iPhone app. Super easy to print from your phone. Added bonus, HP Insta Ink!
