I have an old Canon Printer for several years but not a cloud printer and decided to try out an HP. This printer had a lot of features for a small home office. I like the Instant Ink feature and Setup was easy, however, printer died a few minutes after setup was completed and won’t power up. Decided to return and replace with another Canon.

This is a very sleek looking printer. Super easy to set up and use. Bought as a Christmas present for my husband to go along with new desk top computer. East set up and connection.

So far this printer has performed well. It was a replacement for one that some features did not work at all. The Geek who set it up was more knowledgeable than the first one.

The OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer is a sturdy built printer with a stylish look. It has god print quality and is fast. The touch screen is intuitive and the printer is of course wireless capable requiring only a power cord.

I'm writing this as I have plenty of time, going on 2 hours, in between the tech support's instructions. This software is horribly programmed and set up is a bear! I will likely lose half my day just getting this printer set up to my laptop and phone. Here are a few things you should know for setup; 1. At step 3, you will have to open the print cartridge door. You have to pull pretty forcifully on the door to get it to open despite the video showing you how easily it opens. If you do not get it open fairly quickly, the cartridge hold will reset itself where you cannot reach it and you will have to power the printer off and back on and try again. 2. The HP Smart App is NOT smart. It couldn't find my Wifi network or the printer. I had to call tech support who speaks so slowly and tells you to do things that contradict what the printer or app is telling you to do but doesn't know why they are telling you that. 3. You'll have to allow the HP tech support to remote access your computer and they'll click around on stuff without telling you what you're doing. 4. After this excruciating process, you'll have to go through it again to connect your phone because HP Smart app will not be able to find your printer on your phone either. I started this at 8:00am. It is now 10:12am and the tech support for Android has me opening an incognito tab on my phone and typing my IP address in but it says "This site can't be reached". She's telling me that my devices aren't connected to the same network. Now, she is making me allow her to remote in to my phone. She finally got me set up manually through the IP address, not through HP Smart. She won't tell me the difference between the HP Smart App and the HP Print Service Plug In. She just says the Plug In is necessary and will redirect to the HP Smart App so why do I have to have the Smart App!?! I have so many apps on my phone already. She can't explain it, just tells me I need both. I won't even continue. I'm changing to a 2 star because the HP Smart App is useless. The printer might be good but the software is horrible. You shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to connect your devices. The printer might be a good price but the price you'll pay for set up needs to be considered.

This printer replaced my old Lazer Jet printer and does so much more. I have had trouble getting my Google phone to print to it but do have my desktop and tablet computers printing on it.

Printer is great, salesman very knowledgeable & helpful. Martin did a good job setting printer up. Now I have to teset the printer up because all information was taken off laptop because of installation of SSD to make laptop perform faster.

Easy set up. Worked properly right out of the box.

Note: I returned this printer two weeks after purchase. It was never out of the box. My old printer, which the new item was intended to replace, resumed working after changing all ink cartridges and rebooting. No reason to believe anything was wrong with the new HP printer.

Old printer was out of date and completely died. The HP Office Jet pro is a wonderful upgrade. Wireless printing with no connection problems. Fast printing speed. High quality printing and high quality scanning.

I have always had HP printers. The last one I had for years was an HP 8100. It was great. Easy to use, printing was sharp and clear, and colors bright. Recently I replaced that one with the HP 9015. Speed is about the same. Printing is not as sharp and clear, colors look rather dull and faded. The paper tray is extremely annoying as it is difficult to switch from letter to legal and back. The paper tray has these “wing” looking things at the back, instead of being a 4 sided tray. I believe that this is part of the problem making it difficult to get the tray out and back in. When it comes to buy the next printer, I will definitely be looking at other brands.

so far so good I was disappointed that I have NO CHOICE but to use Wi-Fi with this! AND -I ordered a cable to hook it up to the ethernet and the WRONG cable was sent to me!

Does a lot for its small size compared to my last printer which was much bigger. Only negative is sometimes when it prints, it is loud and sounds like it may jam, but does not.

I purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 9015e printer to replace a slightly older model which had been accidentally damaged. I am pleased with the new 9015e, which has all of the features I had come to like in my older printer and is performing just as well.

I have used HP for printers for years. This printer was a replacement for the same printer. I love that it does double side printing without switching the paper over myself. Also love HP Ink subscription

Great printer, always have had HP’s as I believe they are great quality and fit perfect with what we need in the home. This replaced our old HP8600 series which we had for 6 years and it went through hell. Inks good quality but pricy like all inks now.

Coming from a HP 6978 that suddenly stopped working. I thought this would be an upgrade, but it's made very cheaply with flimsy plastic and the scan cover will just fall heavily if you don't hold it up. They should have made the usb slot for memory cards face the front, it's in an awkward space on the left side. It's just as noisy as the 6978 and internal speaker for faxing is even tinnier. The display and processor speed is still laggy, the display responds even slower than the 6978. Software (hp smart) isn't too useful, the fax component is missing-download the full software from the site don't let win10 install it from the microsoft store. Also the web services web enabled issue is a pain, it'll prompt for your password when you've never set it up and will require you to log into the printer's IP address from a browser to access its settings, just like a router login. Hopefully you've owned an HP product before so you may be familiar with the hows and whys HP does things, but i was disappointed the software was the same basic crud that the 6978 used. No eesemdfor failed faxes? Come on. Fax history? Where did it go?!

This is quite convenient for my home office. I never need to worry about rushing to buy ink for my printer.

Printer works good, but noisy. Scanning is horrible. very minimal capability and any use of the printer cropping option distorts the image. If I had know how bad the scanner was on this model, I would have paid the $170 to fix my old HP 8620. If you are looking for a good scanning capability, I would NOT purchase this model.

Everything you need all in one for an amazing price. Absolutely love this printer, scanner and copier. Exceptional quality and very easy to use. HP everything in my office.
