I have been very happy with this printer. It has met my needs. The app is the best way to used this printer, as the small touch panel is less than ideal for most tasks. I had a bit of difficulty installing the black ink cartridge, but eventually was able to make it work. Other than that, there have not been any issues.

It was easy to set up and it does what I need it to do.

Printer is great, salesman very knowledgeable & helpful. Martin did a good job setting printer up. Now I have to teset the printer up because all information was taken off laptop because of installation of SSD to make laptop perform faster.

I have an old Canon Printer for several years but not a cloud printer and decided to try out an HP. This printer had a lot of features for a small home office. I like the Instant Ink feature and Setup was easy, however, printer died a few minutes after setup was completed and won’t power up. Decided to return and replace with another Canon.

This printer was easy to set up and easy to use. The Tech that came out to help was very nice and easy to understand his instructions. Would want him again.

This is a good printer, but is harder to use than my old HP printer. They appear to have tried to make this printer smarter, but mostly made it harder to operate. I loved my earlier version of this printer, this one not so much.

I have used HP for printers for years. This printer was a replacement for the same printer. I love that it does double side printing without switching the paper over myself. Also love HP Ink subscription

so far so good I was disappointed that I have NO CHOICE but to use Wi-Fi with this! AND -I ordered a cable to hook it up to the ethernet and the WRONG cable was sent to me!

I'm writing this as I have plenty of time, going on 2 hours, in between the tech support's instructions. This software is horribly programmed and set up is a bear! I will likely lose half my day just getting this printer set up to my laptop and phone. Here are a few things you should know for setup; 1. At step 3, you will have to open the print cartridge door. You have to pull pretty forcifully on the door to get it to open despite the video showing you how easily it opens. If you do not get it open fairly quickly, the cartridge hold will reset itself where you cannot reach it and you will have to power the printer off and back on and try again. 2. The HP Smart App is NOT smart. It couldn't find my Wifi network or the printer. I had to call tech support who speaks so slowly and tells you to do things that contradict what the printer or app is telling you to do but doesn't know why they are telling you that. 3. You'll have to allow the HP tech support to remote access your computer and they'll click around on stuff without telling you what you're doing. 4. After this excruciating process, you'll have to go through it again to connect your phone because HP Smart app will not be able to find your printer on your phone either. I started this at 8:00am. It is now 10:12am and the tech support for Android has me opening an incognito tab on my phone and typing my IP address in but it says "This site can't be reached". She's telling me that my devices aren't connected to the same network. Now, she is making me allow her to remote in to my phone. She finally got me set up manually through the IP address, not through HP Smart. She won't tell me the difference between the HP Smart App and the HP Print Service Plug In. She just says the Plug In is necessary and will redirect to the HP Smart App so why do I have to have the Smart App!?! I have so many apps on my phone already. She can't explain it, just tells me I need both. I won't even continue. I'm changing to a 2 star because the HP Smart App is useless. The printer might be good but the software is horrible. You shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to connect your devices. The printer might be a good price but the price you'll pay for set up needs to be considered.

Great printer. Easy to use and set up. Print quality is really nice and fast compared to my previous printers. My favorite feature is the HP Print iPhone app. Super easy to print from your phone. Added bonus, HP Insta Ink!

Note: I returned this printer two weeks after purchase. It was never out of the box. My old printer, which the new item was intended to replace, resumed working after changing all ink cartridges and rebooting. No reason to believe anything was wrong with the new HP printer.

The OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Instant Ink Ready Printer is a sturdy built printer with a stylish look. It has god print quality and is fast. The touch screen is intuitive and the printer is of course wireless capable requiring only a power cord.

Great printer, always have had HP’s as I believe they are great quality and fit perfect with what we need in the home. This replaced our old HP8600 series which we had for 6 years and it went through hell. Inks good quality but pricy like all inks now.

actually very happy with the product. only issue would be the amount of paper at once u can scan. it’s maybe 15 pages. and set up was pretty hard took an hour with customer support then worked fine

This HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 Printer is very good. It didn't seem to last as long as other HP printers I have owned in the past.
