Wish I could saw more, but I could not get it connected to my computer and the Geek Squad is coming out on Wednesday.

Is working fine. Not as impressed with build heft as the Office Jet 8600 Plus it is replacing that lasted 10 years. Seems to print just fine right now. Interested in logjevity.

Bought this for my wife's home business, but I'm using it as much or more than she does. Prints effortlessly from my laptop upstairs. I've also used it to print photographs and the quality is quite good.

I have had an Hp printer for all of my professional life. It's a little work horse for the home office. Hp makes a great all-in-one - hands down.

Excellent product!! Does everything advertised and is quick to respond. It is a little loud when processing paper and starting to print. But if that doesn’t bother you, it’s the perfect printer!

This printer has been a excellent purchase for my home office and it connectivity to my phone and our computer has been flawless. I’d highly recommend anyone buying this if they look at this.

I typically buy HP printers based on ease-of-use, and this device is no exception! Working great so far - easy to setup, app/software makes connecting with projects super simple. Great color, ink quality.

I had a Lenovo printer that went out in a year so I searched for a new one and found this HP and it had great reviews. I love it so far. I also got the automatic ink shipment refill. so convenient. I highly recommend this printer and ink replacement.

This is a great little machine for light-mid duty use for home office. I highly recommended it. But DO NOT purchase the HP instant ink subscription. I did and got replacement cartridges from HP. They will remotely disable the ink cartridges if you cancel the subscription. I upgraded to an HP color laser jet and went to cancel the ink subscription for the HP 9015. I was going to sell it, but found out that the ink cartridges, even though almost full, will be disabled by HP once I cancel the instant ink subscription. What a rip off and a real racket!

Definitely cheaper components than older printers including the print cartridge trolley - I can see that breaking prematurely...

The printer is working as it should. It took me a while to get what I actually wanted. And those guys at best buy were patient with me. I am enjoying my printer.

So far I like this printer, but I’m a little concerned about ink cartridges. You push them in but when I close the cover, one ore more sometimes pop out and I have to push back in multiple times until they all finally stay in place

My old HP Photo all in one printer finally failed. So I researched and found this office jet pro at best buy. Looked at the one just below this and found that this fit my needs better, even though a little more costly. Easiest setup ever..The printer did all the work all I had to do was set back , watch and agree to each task. Got on my secure wifi and all. Then I discovered that a 300 page ink supply for four months was included. AND a new supply arrived before I had even got going. took back all my old ink that was not opened and actually saved money. best printer ever so far.

This was the best decision to buy this product. I had purchased another printer earlier in the year and though it was nice, the colors didn't come alive as I wanted them to. With this product, the color is what I like to see from a printer.

It’s ok, consistently has issues with paper jams and shuts down. This has been replaced twice now under warranty.

Super easy setup connecting to wifi and computer. Wish it was a bit smaller and didnt feel like I was going to break the paper catching tray. Otherwise I am quite happy.

I am a fan of HP printers. I love them. This model does it all. Very pleased that I was able to obtain this particular model during this time because so many things are difficult to get. Best Buy came through for me on two difficult to obtain items. Very fast delivery.

This replaced my old Canon printer that would not stay connected to Wi-Fi. Features are easy to use. It was very easy to connect to Wi-Fi and I have not had any issues with it. Like the Smart HP app as well. Could be better printing pictures (crisper, more vivid colors). I like that it does 2-sided scanning and printing and doesn't take longer than a few seconds. It is on the larger side so make sure you take that into account before purchasing. I measured before I bought and was still surprised when I received it! But, overall a good buy and worth the money.
