After 8 years of a HP photo printer, I finally got a new one & this was worth the purchase. Does everything (even fax) and prints super fast. Very easy to set up using HP Smart software tool.

Set up wirelessly for use from my phone, desktop and laptop. Easy set up and immediately really to print and scan. The print speed is quick and the duplex printing is a great paper saver.

It is replacing my old HP OfficeJet. I can only hope it lasts and does as nice of a job as that one. Easy Set Up and nice printing so far.

My printer broke down on me but I enjoyed it so much I wanted to get another HP. This upgrade version is amazing. I love the incentive they offered with it for six months of instant Ink and the four year warranty was a great deal from best buy too. I don't like the fact that it cost so much to replace a printhead and my fax machine hasn't been working no matter what I did including calling HP for support.

This printer is replacing a Canon TS6020. The Canon produced nice results, but used a lot of ink. Once it started to act up, it was time for a new printer. I bought this based on many positive reviews. So far it has been fine, but it is much louder than the Canon. Even when using the 'quiet' mode. Also, there was some strange errors when I was scanning to upload to cloud storage. It has been working again, and I'm hoping it was just a temporary issue. I've signed up for the HP Instant Ink program, but we are still on the original tanks.

Worked great for a short time, then it didn't. The Bluetooth capabilities are very convenient

I travel for work so I feel this printer is portable enough and has the features on it that makes it flexible for any job that I need for my work or home.

This review is for my first 5 months of use. The first 4.5 were great, but upon replacing my first cartridge, I'm now getting a Printer System error. This has rendered the printer useless, and to this stage, HP support hasn't fixed it. They are offering new cartridges (I just replaced all of them), then more troubleshooting, if needed. Out of printer for a few more days, minimum.

This printer is able to handle my work-from-home printing needs at a fraction of the price of some other office printers. It is super simple to set up and it prints quickly. I love it

Had some issues setting up the printer. Either MS or HP now requires several extra steps to print.

Documentation is minimal. It appears you must use the HP Smart app on your cell phone or tablet to scan. How the phone app connects to the scanner is a mystery. Maybe Bluetooth

I love this printer. I have had several before that were purchased at your store and they were just horrible. I guess this one was a better choice.

The printer plus the HP Print app and the OSX Mac App make this purchase excellent for all of your MFC needs. The only issue honestly is the cartridges pricing and frequency but that is the case with "any" office jet.

Excellent copier, printer, but not the best fax machine. I had to get a dedicated fax machine to meet my office needs.

Everything is good for me. I want to buy all products that I need in the Best Buy store, because the quality is excellent and the price as well.

Was fairly easy to set up. Had to buy telephone cord separately for the fax function but otherwise everything else was fine.

Absolutely terrible experience as a customer. I bought a printer for my taxes. Read a lot of reviews and thought this might be the printer for me. The set up was pretty easy, though I didn’t like how the first thing you experience is HP marketing you a subscription service that turns your purchased printer into a licensing agreement to use your printer only if you have it connected to the internet at all times. So I decline that and print my taxes. So far, so good. I go to print another non-color document and the printer says it’s out of yellow ink and can’t print any document until new ink is purchased. First, it’s been more than 15 days so I can’t return this piece of junk to Best Buy. So I call HP. They won’t even diagnose the problem until I buy more expensive ink. I haven’t printed a color document yet, and I’ve only printed about 30 pages total. How can I be out of ink? Definitely the last HP anything I’ll buy.

This printer has been fabulous so far. I am still on the original ink cartridges, and I have to print a lot for school.

This printer is easy to use and setup. It does a good job of printing. The ink is easy to replace as well. It is the perfect size for my desk.

Ordered one -inserted print cartridge; they popped out and machine informed me they were defective. Tried again with the same result and again and again. Ordered new cartridge. Machine said needed the instillation ones. Ordered new machine (all of this taking a week at a time because of CV19). Installed new cartridge. Same problem. Went online to discover this was a thing. One advise page said to try installing them 3 times. Well it took 8 times before they were accepted. Other than that, fine. Rest of instillation easy. Good print quality.
