Ordered one -inserted print cartridge; they popped out and machine informed me they were defective. Tried again with the same result and again and again. Ordered new cartridge. Machine said needed the instillation ones. Ordered new machine (all of this taking a week at a time because of CV19). Installed new cartridge. Same problem. Went online to discover this was a thing. One advise page said to try installing them 3 times. Well it took 8 times before they were accepted. Other than that, fine. Rest of instillation easy. Good print quality.

Love this copier/printer. Love also that it has a usb port so that I can copy documents away from home on a flash drive and later print them at home. This printer brand had been reliable for me for years!

Love my new printer. Prior to the purchase, I was using two printers taking up much-needed real estate on my desk. One was black and white and the other was color. Now I have one that does both.

Excellent multifunction printer. Faster printing and uses less ink than my older HP printer. Also, its easy to install ink when needed. Only minor "complaint" is the printer function screen could be a little bigger.

Fast, high quality printer. Everything I was expecting from HP. "Scan to Computer" keeps dropping, but hard to pin down the cause of this, as it was affecting my previous 5-year old HP printer during its life as well.

Doesn't print images right (like earlier printers)

I've had this printer 2+ months. It's pretty fast and good quality. My main gripe is that the images in my Word docs are printed too large -- so they are off the page. The same docs printed correctly on my HP 8600 -- and I have lots of those docs. After much reading, I've learned that I cannot use Copy/Paste to simply insert an image into a document. I must create a JPG/PNG file first, and then Insert it into the document. That means that I have had to go through lots of existing documents to remove those images, save them to a JPG/PNG file, and the re-Insert them to the original documents. What a pain! I've had an HP 8600 for years, and it worked as expected. Only a recent failure in the display caused me to purchase a new 9015. HP Support says it must be a Microsoft issue. I find that hard to believe given that the 8600 works well. I believe there is either a 9015 driver deficiency or a problem in the printer itself.

The overall quality of the printed material is very good, colors are bright and accurate. The only drawback is the response time, which seems much slower that other HP printers I have had. There seems to be a delay of several seconds after hitting 'Print' on the computer before the printer reacts. When first used, there was a problem with multiple sheets in documents being run together. After six weeks of use and printing of numerous multi-page reports, that problem seems to have resolved itself. The use as a copier function is very good

Duplex scan absent for legal size documents!!

Mainly wanted this printer because of the duplex scan option. What a joke! It will scan letter size documents but legal size documents are a nightmare to scan. The ADF will sometimes work but usually for a legal document it reverts to the glass scanner and cannot be directed to the ADF. The help desk is in India and useless.
