Works great! Though the ink is expensive; it's strict about using official cartridges.

Excellent printer for home and/or small business. Easy setup and with the 6 months of instant ink removes an ongoing concern about running out of ink at a bad time.

I have one in my office and just purchased a 2nd for home. Compact, quiet, and the quality is great for a very reasonable price. A great value for a professional level 3 in 1.

I only trust HP Printers. This unit replaced a 6 year old HP All-In-One that finally died. Easy set up, easy wireless printing, great print quality. I would highly recommend this unit.

So Far so good! I love the ease of use. The ink purchase program is good and a good value (just have a realistic idea on how much you print per month). Customer service was wonderful. Very professional, patient and knew what they were doing. Overall, very pleased with the product. The reason for the 4 stars is because I havent owned it long enough to determine how this HP is going to hold up. One niggle is that the colors are not as crisp as I would like. At this point I would recommend.

The printer works fine with the HP app which you can download from the App Store. My previous printer was an HP 8600 Office Jet Pro which I love and still use with my Apple devices, but HP no longer supports it. The piece the paper shoots out to is too short. The printer does not hold as much paper as the previous one.

The electric cable is loss and don't make good contact with the electric.

I use this for both business and personal and so far it has fulfilled both uses with no problems. I scan, fax, print and copy quite a bit.

Printer works extremely well. Intructions steer you toward using QR code and installing from your phone. That was a bad option. - better to just install from your PC

This is a great all-in-one printer for the home office. Copies are clear, scanning is great and the speed of the printer is much better than my previous home printer.

The printer is working now. However, I spent more than 4 hours on the phone with various HP techs trying to help me setup the printer. Nothing worked. I also, set up an appointment with Webroot. No luck there. It turns out that the starter cartridges were dried out. So, I had to buy cartridges to set up the printer. My loss.

Easy to install on desk top computer and smart phone. Having some trouble getting app to work on laptop. Easy to set up. Prints well.

you better have an account with the Geek Squad. this printer works awesome once you get it to communicate with your computer. I am pretty good with computers but this unit really tested me. I tried all my tricks and finally called the Geek Squad they did their best 2 hrs 10 minuets later I am finally printing. I have had many printers in my life and always had great luck with HP but this unit was a big headache.

The printer quality is great. Start-up easy. Tray is lacking size for larger (legal) paper. Paper holder hangs up in place. Have to jiggle the holder to remove it to add paper.

I owned the OfficeJet Pro 8720 printer for a few years. The OJP 9015 is much better. Faster printing and scanning. I also like the new profile - smaller - and the grey/white finish.

This printer has been excellent and just what i needed. Efficient and fast and prints wonderfully. Another great HP product!

I have a full office in my home. I needed more than just a "home" computer. Sao far, this printer fits all my needs and works well. The color printing is sharp and clean.

I bought this printer as an upgrade to my old HP printer and it turned out to be a good purchase for my office.

Old HO printer died after 3 or 4 years and much use. We haven’t run the new one all that long but seems to be working very well. Setup could have been easier with better directions. Ended up having to contact Geek Squad for assistance.
