The ink cartridges would not load properly right from the beginning. They just kept bouncing back out regardless of whether we pushed them in softly or forcefully. The black went in the best (still not great). The magenta was ok. The cyan and yellow simply would not take. After a half dozen attempts, they held loosely in place. We probably got 5 pages printed over a couple of weeks before the printer said the cyan and yellow were depleted. HP had no interest in helping us other than to get us to buy their ink subscription. No thanks and not helpful. We also learned that the setup ink cartridges are only half full from the beginning -- again part of the ploy to get you to buy the subscription. How do we know the printer and loader themselves aren't defective? We have no interest in buying more ink if the printer is defective. The positives -- the scanner function works great and so does the connectivity over WiFi.

A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO SET UP BUT WORKS WELL. GOOD FEEDER SYSTEM AND COMES WITH FREE INSTANT INK

This printer has everything needed for the average user at a reasonable price. The print quality and speed are good, and the double sided printing and scanning is very convenient.

Awesome quality printer. I needed to print 300 tickets for a church event and I was able to print efficentIy and effortlessly. The paper tray holds a large quantity of paper. Overall great small office printer.

Produces nice quality, two-sided documents. Good quality scans and photocopies. Easy to use and easy to install software. Fits our at-home needs beautifully.

The printer works fine, I wish i could have got it in all black. The screen is a little small and sometimes hard to read.

My older Brother printer stopped working while I was trying to work from home during the covid 19 pandemic and under a deadline. The HP Office jet 9015 has been a lifesaver! The store had it ready for pick up within an hour and I was back printing again within 30 minutes after arriving home. Between two adults working from home and kids finishing the school year doing e-learning, this printer and scanner has gotten a lot of use in a short amount of time. Scanning is simple and pages come in clear. The air print from our phones works fabulous! The printer is very fast and quiet. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Fully functional, as described, for my purposes. It was also priced properly compared to alternatives.

My last HP died on the day I gave it a grand compliment of lasting so long. Five years isn't too bad, I guess. I hope I get a good five years out of this one. It's smaller and really really slick looking. The installation was insane. Just downloaded an app and it took care of everything in minutes. Quality is almost laser jet for text. I feel like the 8620 did a better job with pictures but I haven't really done too many of those yet too properly judge, but it is something I noticed. Not a HUGE difference, mind you. The printing and scanning are quick as hell. I'm really happy with this printer.

I bought the first printer but i couldn't set it up as it was malfunction. Took it back to the store & got another one. I also paid for a technician to come to my home & fix it. We tested it by printing out some items. After 3 days it has cartridge malfunction on the scree. I try to print & i get a message saying printer not available. I had to restart the printer few times to able to print.

It’s new, but great so far! My last HP was a workhorse and lasted long beyond the usual life for a printer, so HP for me!

If you have the mkney definetly get this uograded version since it has some really nice features fhat are worth the price

This product works like it supposed to and it’s a good value I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a good printer

I use my printer every day for work and I will say upgrading from my Epson to this HP Printer was a game changer. I haven't had one issue with HP!

Works ok makes a lot of noise and takes a while to print

This was a great buy. First time purchasing and HP printer. I did have to get help setting up the scanner but the help desk was very knowledgeable.

Happy with the black and white printing, the photo printing is dreadful, I'm not happy with color printing at all. I recommend this printer for black and white printing only,

This is a great printer/copier. I use it in my class, normally for last minute copies or to view my original before I make copies.

I really like this all in one printer. It does the job perfectly and the smart app makes it easy to scan and print from anywhere. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with this printer, although I've initially connected it with USB vs WiFi (which I couldn't complete). I like the front door access to change the ink cartridges instead of lifting up the top as my previous printer needed.
