I have a full office in my home. I needed more than just a "home" computer. Sao far, this printer fits all my needs and works well. The color printing is sharp and clean.

you better have an account with the Geek Squad. this printer works awesome once you get it to communicate with your computer. I am pretty good with computers but this unit really tested me. I tried all my tricks and finally called the Geek Squad they did their best 2 hrs 10 minuets later I am finally printing. I have had many printers in my life and always had great luck with HP but this unit was a big headache.

I use this printer primarily for my small business and I love it. I have HP instant ink and its easy to replace ink cartridges.

So far I like this printer! The only downfall is that it is a bit noisy. Print quality is excellent. Once I received the ok from my work to download the driver, set up was a breeze.

The ink cartridges would not load properly right from the beginning. They just kept bouncing back out regardless of whether we pushed them in softly or forcefully. The black went in the best (still not great). The magenta was ok. The cyan and yellow simply would not take. After a half dozen attempts, they held loosely in place. We probably got 5 pages printed over a couple of weeks before the printer said the cyan and yellow were depleted. HP had no interest in helping us other than to get us to buy their ink subscription. No thanks and not helpful. We also learned that the setup ink cartridges are only half full from the beginning -- again part of the ploy to get you to buy the subscription. How do we know the printer and loader themselves aren't defective? We have no interest in buying more ink if the printer is defective. The positives -- the scanner function works great and so does the connectivity over WiFi.

Meets all needs of home office. A little patience to set up but works real well. No issues with with printing. Keeps connected to all my devices. Never get cant find printer like old printer

Absolutely love this printer. Super easy to connect and works with both pc and Mac. Colors are great, both clear and very crisp. Would recommend highly.

Printer has been good so far. Scanning & printing has been fault free.

I use this for both business and personal and so far it has fulfilled both uses with no problems. I scan, fax, print and copy quite a bit.

This printer works very well and has great features. I have had no issues with it in the past month. It was probably more expensive than I intended to spend but in the end it was worth it.

The printer works fine, I wish i could have got it in all black. The screen is a little small and sometimes hard to read.

Mainly wanted this printer because of the duplex scan option. What a joke! It will scan letter size documents but legal size documents are a nightmare to scan. The ADF will sometimes work but usually for a legal document it reverts to the glass scanner and cannot be directed to the ADF. The help desk is in India and useless.

I bought this for my son and he is very happy. It's fast, and easy to install and looks awesome next to his desk.

Love the fact that this printer works wirelessly. It was extremely easy to set up and the best part is that I can send documents to print from my iPhone. Love that feature

I bought the first printer but i couldn't set it up as it was malfunction. Took it back to the store & got another one. I also paid for a technician to come to my home & fix it. We tested it by printing out some items. After 3 days it has cartridge malfunction on the scree. I try to print & i get a message saying printer not available. I had to restart the printer few times to able to print.

"HP Smart" app interface with printer and HP is confusing and slow to sign on. Front cover feels flimsy and cheaply made. Ink cartridge location is awkward and hard to see.

Works great! Though the ink is expensive; it's strict about using official cartridges.

Super easy to setup. Connected to wifi right away. Did have some trouble trying to print sticky labels. Finally gave up D it wasn’t critical.

This is a great printer and easy to use. It is easy to set up and the wireless works great. I ended up buying 3 of these for my people working at home.

I use my printer every day for work and I will say upgrading from my Epson to this HP Printer was a game changer. I haven't had one issue with HP!
