This printer has been excellent and just what i needed. Efficient and fast and prints wonderfully. Another great HP product!

This was a great buy. First time purchasing and HP printer. I did have to get help setting up the scanner but the help desk was very knowledgeable.

The printer is working now. However, I spent more than 4 hours on the phone with various HP techs trying to help me setup the printer. Nothing worked. I also, set up an appointment with Webroot. No luck there. It turns out that the starter cartridges were dried out. So, I had to buy cartridges to set up the printer. My loss.

Overall I like it. It is adequate for our home needs. It is replacing the 8620 so is smaller, the screen is much smaller and not as user friendly.

Great Printer. It took a while to set up, however, once done it works just fine.

The printer works fine with the HP app which you can download from the App Store. My previous printer was an HP 8600 Office Jet Pro which I love and still use with my Apple devices, but HP no longer supports it. The piece the paper shoots out to is too short. The printer does not hold as much paper as the previous one.

A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO SET UP BUT WORKS WELL. GOOD FEEDER SYSTEM AND COMES WITH FREE INSTANT INK

It took about 30 minutes to get the printer totally set up, connected to wifi and ready to print. The biggest struggle was getting it out of the box (it was a tight fit). A few days in, I had a problem with paper jams (2 sided printing issue). I am not sure how I fixed it (just turned it off to clear the cache twice) but eventually it cleared. That was a few weeks ago, and it's worked great since. Printing is clear for an ink jet and fast enough for me. The only downside is that I feel like the material it's made out of seems cheap. The plastic seems more flimsy that other HP printers I've had before.

I have been using the printer for over two weeks to print school notes and handouts and it is accessible via phone, iPad, or pc. It works super fast too.

Pros: Supplied ink must be full regular cartage. Unlike others that come with just enough ink to set up. printed over 200 pages and amount shows only about 25% used. Not as noisy as the reviews i read indicate. Cons: Set up. Pretty much must let HP into your computer to set up. But, they will set up to ALL your devices. on line instruction to contact HP could be better. Had to go through 4 techs before getting to one that knew this printer, which while it is a OJP9015, have to use the 9010 series tag to get to it.

I have tried other printer brands, but I have always come back to HP. This printer is faster and very true colors. It was also very easy and quick to set up.

This product works like it supposed to and it’s a good value I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a good printer

It’s new, but great so far! My last HP was a workhorse and lasted long beyond the usual life for a printer, so HP for me!

This is a great printer/copier. I use it in my class, normally for last minute copies or to view my original before I make copies.

I bought this printer as an upgrade to my old HP printer and it turned out to be a good purchase for my office.

The electric cable is loss and don't make good contact with the electric.

If you have the mkney definetly get this uograded version since it has some really nice features fhat are worth the price

Printer was easy to set up and has been easy to use. I bought a smaller printer, so it is not taking up as much space as my former one, which is nice.

I needed a printer upgrade and found this gem. It prints wirelessly with my laptop, computer, and phone. I can even print from away from home. Great qualities.
