Insta ink is the only thing thats kinda annoying. Other than that works great.

This copier is a great home convenience- a multifunctional addition to our communication capabilities.

Easy set up and use, reasonably fast printing, decent print quality, and all the extra scan and copy features for most home office needs.

This was a like-for-like replacement for my existing printer which stopped working. I just recycled that printer (along with another older printer that I've had around the house) at Best Buy.

Great little printer- easy set up and navigation! Can still print black and white, even if one of the other color inks are out. Would highly recommend!

This HP replacement of a 8 yr. old HP. There too much plastic parts and confusion on settings...not in guide !!

Bought the HP printer to replace a worn out Epson. Set up was a snap and I was printing within minutes. So far it is doing everything the in store HP sales rep said it would do. The ink is pigment based and allows the printing of waterproof labels for outdoor plants. This is the feature that sold me on the printer. The one con I have for it is it is big. Make sure you have room for it.

The machine prints and scans well - I did have some terrible trouble putting in the ink cartridges and had to bring it back to the store for help (one salesperson had trouble too, although someone else finally got it in). Also having a little trouble with setting up some settings on the machine - can do it through the software on my computer but not on the machine itself. Wish they provided better instructions with a pamphlet, everything is online.

Super easy to set up. It took just a few minutes to get set up and start printing. Quality so far is great. I don't have any complaints.

Nice printer however setting up the scan feature has been a struggle

This printer replaced a 10 year old hp c410. So far so good, everything works as advertised. Instant ink seems to be a great service but is dependent on how much you print.

Fast printing, easy to use and connect. Bought it as my 2nd office printer, and works just like my office pro-jet printer.

I just wish it held more paper. The fax set up could be explained better in set up guide.

A good printer. Easy to set up. Works well wirelessly, an improvement from the former HP Photosmart model from 5-6 years ago.

I have had it only one month but replacing the prior printer was easy. This is perfect for my needs of mostly composing letters.

Very easy to install and use on a daily basis. If you do a lot of printing and scanning, this is the printer for you.

The printer is great, but the failure to included an AC cord is unforgivable.

Bought this printer to replace an older HP printer which quit working. Have always bought HP printers since my first printer and have always been happy with them. This is probably the most expensive bought as prices seem to have gone up a bit. Also printer seems lighter and not as substantial as previous printers but does everything I need it to do and print comes out very nice. Display is a bit small and not as easy to use as older printer.

The printer was easy to set up and works great. Would recommend this printer.
