I always buy HP printers. This one is pretty good. They only thing that disappointed us is the tray that hold the paper after printing doesn't automatically open, so if Im away from the printer, my papers ended in the floor. Other than that it prints fast and very clear.

I've been a loyal HP Printer customer for 15 yrs. This Pro 9015e is compact and easy to use. I'm still getting use to the inkjet supplies and do not like that the price of the inkjet service is linked to the number of pages printed; especially since I rarely print multi-colored copies.

Our old HP copier lasted 12 years, personal home use, used frequently. This new one is easy to operate, setup was very easy. We are very happy with this.

Replaced to old HP printer with a new HP printer was easy to decide to do since the old one worked well for so long. This new one has new functions due to new technology. Not all worked right off the bat. Setting it up to my computer was a hassle. Fought me the whole way. But once it was willing to go along with me, it decided to work. Wasn't looking forward to getting my wife's and Daughter's laptops up and running. Theirs set up in minutes. Prints both sides of the paper. That was different when we couldn't find the other print. Only to find it on the back side of the one she was holding. But we have had a paper jam in the short time we've had it. That almost never happened with the old one. Hope that isn't a sign of things to come.

After fighting with our Epson off and on for a while, we chose the 9015e after reading several reviews. Super easy to set up, fantastic print quality, way less faff that other printers we've owned. Couldn't be happier.

This is a good printer - solidly built, substantial feel, and produces quality prints. The paper tray could be better, but the machine has a relatively small footprint. Its only negative for me so far is its occasional inability to find an Internet connection for transmitting a scan.

I saw reviews complaining about the setup. I did not have any issues at all. It was painless and the wiresless printing is a godsend. We don't print that much anymore so we started at $1.99 a month for ink. We can uograde ink anytime. This is just a solid all in one printer for home use. Highly reccommend it.

So far, so good. Love HP printers for the great eaze of setting up and the insta-Ink feature. This machine prints incredibly fast with beautiful results. Hope it lasts longer than my previous experience with 8023's.

I've used this printer a few times already and I can say that.. 1. Set up was not difficult 2. The prints look great 3. This thing is loaded with features There are more things I could say, but if you're reading this review because you're wondering if you should buy this or not...don't fret, buy this printer.

Best office Investment I ever made. Purchased 3 years ago, no constant paper jams, no complicated maintenance, and ink lasts longer than expected. It truly delivers on performance, durability, and convenience. my current HP-Office jet Pro 9015e is my 7th HP printer since 2009. Although the print quality have been excellent, the lack of longevity is disturbing. My last 2 HP Office Jet Pro Printers, 8620 and 8720 both lasted only 3 yrs. The 9015e smaller size is a much welcomed difference from the massive 8720.

My husbands 8 year old HP printer started having problems, that to fix would cost more than a new HP printer. In comparing capabilities, this 9015e HP was about equal but the size and price were much less.

Awesome printer. I’ve had many hp printers over the years. By far, this one is the simplest to set up. One power cord and install the printer cartridges. The printer does everything else on its own. The app is easy to use. It is super fast.

i was replacing older HP printer, and this has been a great all in one printer. Very easy to set up, wireless to easily connect to computer, smart phones, ipads. Very good image quality, fast printing

Perfect everything works really well. It’s a little noisy but nothing I can’t ignore. I wish the scanner would scan both sides with one pass through but overall the printer is great. It does everything I need it to do and more.

I had to replace my old Epson inkjet printer when it failed to provide good copies of our Christmas newsletter. This HP 9015e was highly recommended by NYT Wirecutter so I decided to try it. It’s a great printer! Copies of our newsletter printed seamlessly and had excellent quality. Setup was fairly smooth. HP’s recommendation to use their app on a mobile device for setup rather than the internet store was spot on. (I waited over 3 minutes for the internet store to respond before I gave up.) The printer has dropped the WiFi connection a couple of times but has been fine since those first two hiccups (it’s only 10’ from the router). Scan quality is also excellent.

Its a great printer all in all; but since I previously had the 8600 office pro jet 8600 plus ( fo literally 10 years was a work horse, finally said it needed print heads) I do not think there is anything out there that can compare toit. This printer has jammed once already, is very noisy, I'll be surprised if it holds up a year, and I don't even print as much a the average person , I dont think. I like it, just do not love it like my old one.

Great touchscreen display with a menu that makes it easy to navigate through print and scan tasks, It prints very quickly overall. The wireless connectivity is superb, and prints directly from USB flash drives. Colors are close to actual. A little loud but acceptable.

The printer is just right for my small business and the price is affordable. I used the support team to set it up, they were very knowledgeable. So far, I love it, no issues. My last HP printer was very similar to this model, it lasted for 10+ years with no problems.

This HP Printer has many useful features such as a document feeder, larger paper tray and it is remarkably fast printing multiple page documents. It comes with 6 months free ink as well and works fine in wireless mode across the room.
