Needed a new printer for home use. Easy to setup. Has a pull out tray for paper, prints quickly. For the sale price, it was a great bargain.

The product itself is very good, exactly what I wanted. I didn't like standing around for some time waiting for someone to attend me.

Printer is good except it does not allow for scan to computer from printer for mac os.

I had amazing help from a couple of employees helping me to find the printer for my needs. I have been very happy with this purchase.

This isn't top of the line, but it is definitely capable of serious printing AND multiple page pdf scans. A little complex setting up phone for printing, but that's the fault of the phone

I love my printer. It’s a little loud starting up but after that so far all pages come out sharp no smudges or anything

This machine seems noisy but efficient. I had trouble finding the 'cancel printing' button the first day--I printed out eleven copies of my first document.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Love the scan to phone. Copies are very clear.

This is a replacement for the same model 3 years earlier that finally gave out. Great printer for the money.

Haven't used all the features but the print is good quality. Printer is a bit clunky and noisy. Was a pain in the neck to set up however. Had to call HP because the software wouldn't down load. Got a run around from the tech guy indicating he couldn't help me unless I put new anti-virus software on my computer. Once I indicated that I thought it was BS and that I was returning the printer for another brand, somehow he was able to "fix" the problem.

Love HP printers - user friendly and easy set up. I would recommend an HP printer. The printer printers great and will do double sided as well.

It may look bit but it is actually very compact and gets the job done. I bought it for college so I would recommend this to anyone.

I changed from Hp Pro 8620. I made a Great Choice. The Faxing, scanning and printing are much easier.

Disappointed that we cannot print double sided from laptop. Also disappointed that it is very loud.

Have been using for about a month now and everything seems ok. I tried using wired network connection first and couldn't get it to work then went to wireless which worked. Didn't really pursue the wired issue too much since the wireless worked so maybe if I spent more time on it, it would be ok. But the printer has been working well so far, also signed up for the instant ink and received a set of cartridges right away so that was good, not sure about long term yet.
