The printer so far is fabulous - MUCH BETTER Print Quality than my old HP - it almost looks laser. It's also SUPER FAST! I love it.

Bought the HP printer to replace a worn out Epson. Set up was a snap and I was printing within minutes. So far it is doing everything the in store HP sales rep said it would do. The ink is pigment based and allows the printing of waterproof labels for outdoor plants. This is the feature that sold me on the printer. The one con I have for it is it is big. Make sure you have room for it.

Perfect printer for my needs. Easy set up. Larger than my prior printer, but also has more features so I’m fine with it.

Bought this printer to replace an older HP printer which quit working. Have always bought HP printers since my first printer and have always been happy with them. This is probably the most expensive bought as prices seem to have gone up a bit. Also printer seems lighter and not as substantial as previous printers but does everything I need it to do and print comes out very nice. Display is a bit small and not as easy to use as older printer.

This isn't top of the line, but it is definitely capable of serious printing AND multiple page pdf scans. A little complex setting up phone for printing, but that's the fault of the phone

Needed a new printer for home use. Easy to setup. Has a pull out tray for paper, prints quickly. For the sale price, it was a great bargain.

Sales associate was helpful in discussing printer needs and helping find replacement ink

Disappointed that we cannot print double sided from laptop. Also disappointed that it is very loud.

This machine seems noisy but efficient. I had trouble finding the 'cancel printing' button the first day--I printed out eleven copies of my first document.

HP was horrible to deal with. The Instant Ink program was a mess. My computer broke within the warrantee and they sent me another one which I found out later was refurbished. Then because of some mistake that they made involving the Instant Ink and this replacement printer, they asked me to pay for the printer. It felt like a scam and it took me months to resolve it.

Love my new printer. It is versatile user friendly and in prints great.

Great Printer...No Problems....Still printing wirelessly and Hard Wired to Primary Computer....

This product works well. Setup is not easy and it does not come with a USB connection cable.

Great printer…except it is difficult to install or change ink cartridges, compared to other models.
