Updated version of the previous one I owned. Was not Plug and play liked I expected, had issues getting everything set up but was able to call HP support and they helped me out.

If you are wanting to print things quick, don't get this printer. But, if you want a good printer and don't care if it's slow, then this one is perfect.

Up and going in minutes . Have not printed photos yet, but scans and prints docs well

I purchased this to replace a similar model that died for an unknown reason. If you're not tech savvy you will need patience to do initial setup(everything is online now - no manuals). If you need help don't use Virtual assistant - go right to the chat. They were very helpful. That being said the printer & WiFi capability (which I never had before) work well. Haven't tried all the features yet but printing & copying are no problem.

Does exactly what it says it does and without any issues. Would purchase again or recommend to anyone.

Only complaint thus far is that it is slow - pages take longer to print than I expected based on specs.

This product works well. Setup is not easy and it does not come with a USB connection cable.

bought it because my current HP printer died. BB sales associate was pleasant and very helpful.

OfficeJet Pro 9015 is efficient, speedy and churns out great copies. It was extremely easy to set up. Really very satisfied.

It took over two hours of technical support to finally get the printer working. Now that it’s hooked up and working it’s fine, but getting there was painful. I don’t understand how a consumer could possibly be expected to do everything that the technical support person did to get the printer working. They need to make it easier to get the printer working. They also need to make it much easier to be able to contact a technical support person.

Not sure how this buying ink thing is going to go….too early to tell. Machine makes decent copies, like the front to back option for printing.

This printer is fairly easy to set up. The test print application did the job. I have used the send a page to printer from my phone using the printer email address HP provided and it worked. There is no manual and you have to find the series on the HP site to get more help. It is a 9000 series not the 9015 number so took a little to research. I like the auto duplex feature as it saves time and I don't mess up which way to turn the paper.

I’ve always preferred HP printers for my home business but this is the best yet! Print quality, ease of operations, it’s all excellent

I only use HP printers it is a great product, I will not purchase any other printer

always owned HP printers, this one is not as easy to use as my old HP Office Jet Pro 8500A, nor as well made. That's life.

Very good printer compared to other brands, but not as solid as the HP it replaced. The touch screen is not as user-friendly either.

Easy to setup. Fast and quiet. A versatile machine that does everything you need a printer, copier, scanner to do.

HP missed the mark on the output tray. Had to jerry rig it so the printouts come out flat.
