This is a great home office printer! I replace a previous HP OfficeJet 8025e.

bought it because my current HP printer died. BB sales associate was pleasant and very helpful.

My previous printer would spit out many papers when it was low on paper...this one just does one paper at a time. I like that this version has a USB for quick scanning to the USB stick.

Makes good copies and works well. However it had a broken output tray right out of the box. Had to call HP Customer Service and and get a replacement part. Overall the machine is well made but the paper input and output trays are rather flimsy plastic.

Only complaint thus far is that it is slow - pages take longer to print than I expected based on specs.

It may look bit but it is actually very compact and gets the job done. I bought it for college so I would recommend this to anyone.

I changed from Hp Pro 8620. I made a Great Choice. The Faxing, scanning and printing are much easier.

HP missed the mark on the output tray. Had to jerry rig it so the printouts come out flat.

Haven't used all the features but the print is good quality. Printer is a bit clunky and noisy. Was a pain in the neck to set up however. Had to call HP because the software wouldn't down load. Got a run around from the tech guy indicating he couldn't help me unless I put new anti-virus software on my computer. Once I indicated that I thought it was BS and that I was returning the printer for another brand, somehow he was able to "fix" the problem.

Love HP printers - user friendly and easy set up. I would recommend an HP printer. The printer printers great and will do double sided as well.

Nice printer! Setup was a breeze even without connecting it to a PC. Even prints decent pictures, though its not the quality of prints you can get from local retailers.

I likes it the only thing that's annoying is the app but I can see it's usefulness to other people

My old HP printer finally quit. Selected this HP printer because it has all features I need. I am very satisfied with it. It also included 6 months of instant ink. A great plus.

Have been using for about a month now and everything seems ok. I tried using wired network connection first and couldn't get it to work then went to wireless which worked. Didn't really pursue the wired issue too much since the wireless worked so maybe if I spent more time on it, it would be ok. But the printer has been working well so far, also signed up for the instant ink and received a set of cartridges right away so that was good, not sure about long term yet.

Great value. Easy to set up and to use. Print quality is good. Downside is a high noise level during use and strange noises on startup but it functions well.

HP is a quality product.. Best Buy is where I buy all electronic and appliances.

I love this printer! It was very easy to setup, connected to my services instantly & it’s very easy to print from my phone and laptop!

Easiest printer I ever installed, including prior HPs. Connections with iMac for printing and scanning are equally easy. Great copies

This printer, scanner is excellent. I would recommend this product to everyone. Easy set up. Printer quality is superb.

Updated version of the previous one I owned. Was not Plug and play liked I expected, had issues getting everything set up but was able to call HP support and they helped me out.
