    Difficult setup. Had tech support on phone twice for a couple of hours. They were excellent and did an outstanding job. Problem resolved!!

    This printer was extremely easy to set up and use. The HP software used to control the printer from the computer is simple and easy to use, but perhaps too simple if you want a lot of configurability. The scanner quality is just OK in my opinion...using a smartphone to scan just one or a few pages can yield much higher quality images. Overall, I think this printer is an excellent choice for home use.
