Failed expectations.

I have to catch every print to them from falling on the floor. This was also the problem with another printer that was returned. All of the printers I have owned were HPs, and apparently were made better than the newer models.

So far the printer works well. Easy to set up.

The test print application did the job. I have used the send a page to printer from my phone using the printer email address HP provided and it worked. There is no manual and you have to find the series on the HP site to get more help. It is a 9000 series not the 9015 number so took a little to research. I like the auto duplex feature as it saves time and I don't mess up which way to turn the paper.

Gets the Job Done

Excellent as far as my use goes. Good enough for a little office to get things done. Also the print quality is great. Just wish that HP could make optimizations to their HPSmart app for the M1 Apple Macbooks since it is so laggy, then it would make the experience become seamless. Other than that, I recommend.
