    Printer is fine. But setting up scan to email has been a nightmare. With my last HP printer, setting up this feature took about 30 seconds. My IT person at work and I have spent hours trying to get this feature to work, so far without success. HP customer support couldn't help. Online chats couldn't help. Pretty frustrating to buy an "upgraded" printer that is clearly a step backwards.

    The HP Officejet 9015e shoots out the printed paper. I have to catch every print to them from falling on the floor. This was also the problem with another printer that was returned. All of the printers I have owned were HPs, and apparently were made better than the newer models.
