[Employee of bestbuy] Printer works great. I’ve had it for over a year and haven’t had any problems.

Purchased this HP printer at Best Buy. I had a simulate printer and needed a new one and I like the features and capabilities of this all in one printer.

I've owned this printer for about 18 months and coming back to write a review to hopefully help someone avoid what could have been the biggest mistake I have ever made (in terms of technology purchases in recent memory). My background: 33-year-old male, who was raised by computers. I'm a technology/software manager, for a Fortune 100. Complaint #1: Horrible setup experience. This should have been my first clue. Day One, I'm on hold with HP customer service trying to get the drivers and software to work. Their 1st solution... just don't use all the features.... After over an hour, we finally got the "Scan to my email" to function. Complaint #2 This is a SUBSCRIPTION MACHINE. Price ink cartridges before you buy. You might as well buy a new printer. But you're in luck, HP offers a monthly Ink Subscription..... and you PAY BY THE PAGE!!!! Complaint #3 AKA, The cherry on top which has prompted me to write this review. I recently changed my Wifi network and now I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY OWN PRINTER. This thing has a username and password ON THE MACHINE that I legit never set up. Oh, and there's a lovely 2"x2" screen you get to type on and try and guess what it thinks the user name is. No Username/Password recovery because it's offline nor do I even think they thought that far to have as an option. I'm struggling with this sunk cost fallacy but I will give this print one last chance to function before I take it behind the barn and put an end to its miserable life. Currently working on trying to do a factory reset to resolve this issue but I am contemplating my life choices at the moment.

So far it’s working. It’s a bit slow but maybe I just need to use it more

This printer does everything I need it to do for my printing needs.

does everything I need it to do. Printout is sharp and looks great. One issue! Printer goes offline when not being used and then when starting to print again requires several minutes to come back online and start printing,. Would be frustrating in an office environment.

Searched all over for a printer and was very pleased to find this HP Printer at Best Buy. Purchase was easy, delivery was easier and getting it set up and configured was not hard at all. This printer is fantastic. Prints are very clear, scanning is easy, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. This printer is everything I needed.

I looked at several printers before deciding on the 9015. I considered getting one with two paper trays, but for me, that's a little overkill. This is a great machine, it works very well, set up was a breeze. I have had some issues but I'm running two WiFi systems in the house and the printer was on one and the computer would log into the other. I've resolved that by hardwiring the computer with a printer cable.

I love HP ... Laptops, Printers, Monitors. The OfficeJet Pro 9015e is a nice looking printer, a lot less bulky than other OfficeJet printers. BUT I don't like how HP "forces" you to use their HP Smart software in order to be able to utilize all the functionality of the printer. Because of this I am giving it 3 stars and for my next printer, I'll most likely start looking at other brands.

Not a bad printer. I have the big brother 9025 as well.

The computer is working well thanks to the onsite service by Nhan. I did not have good service when I tried to get this service done online by Geek Squad.

Have had relatively good luck w/a series of HP All in One printers - although they seem to have a operational life of 2 - 2.5 yrs.

Good printer. Does the job. Price was OK but it went up in price since last year. Just like everything!

Great printer, love that it connects to the internet so you can keep track on the app. Ink is a little pricey but we do get six months of instant ink for free. Not sure if I’m going to continue after the six months but otherwise it’s a good all in one.

Printer is great. Easy setup, prints quality printouts. Looks good and has many features. Great product.

It works great, but sometimes does not stay connected to my computer. Another that that it's a nice printer.

This printer is Top Tier a great model and works fantastically well.

It is doing what I need it to do and seems like high quality printing.

Speed and ease of use is typical of hp printers. Photo copies are great.
