HP was horrible to deal with. The Instant Ink program was a mess. My computer broke within the warrantee and they sent me another one which I found out later was refurbished. Then because of some mistake that they made involving the Instant Ink and this replacement printer, they asked me to pay for the printer. It felt like a scam and it took me months to resolve it.

So far this is a great printer. Easily connected to my Android phone and computer.

I had very good time with friendly staff, staff had knowledge what they doing, each one of them are working as team and that have me safe and come back another time

This is my second purchase of this model of the HP OfficeJet printer. It’s appearance and functionality is modern and very professional.

Love this printer. I’ve had many printers but his printer is the best.

It probably is an excellent printer but the HP software required to operate it did not harmonize with my new MAC software Mac OS 12.0.1 , it was not easily loaded by myself, not highly skilled in computer technology. I tried Geek Squad online and that also failed. A Geek Squad member visited my home home and set it up for me. More than 10 days transpired before I had printer capability.

Difficulty in setup ended up with likely bad print cartridges that come with the printer. Constant error message was that original print cartridges must be used for setup but I never got past this error message. Geek Squad agreed print cartridges must be bad. Returned and got another printer - same model. 3 stars because I never got to use it.

I love hp printers and this is the first one that I've had problems with downloads and set up. Not sure I''m going to like HP Smart. It makes it a separate step to scan because you have to go to Smart. I'm sorry my hp 6978 wore out. Believe I liked it better.

printers break too much and this one is my 3rd, is a good model but jams and breaks alot

Easy to use. High quality printing, Lots of functions. Enjoy the wi-fi compatibility with different platforms.

Great printer. A little difficult to set up, but then I’m not really tech savvy. I love Hp products.

This is an OK printer. It's a bit noisy and requires that HP Smart app to be installed and logged in in order to print anything. That part is really annoying. I shouldn't need to have people install an app just to print if it's a network printer.

Be sure you know all of the ins and outs of printing and scanning features. You are pretty much forced to use HP Smart.

I am so sorry I missed the return window, I procrastinated my bad. I thought the setup was easy, but I have had nothing but problems since. When I try and print from my computer it tells me the printer is offline, it is online, the HP assistant on my computer says so, my app says so, but I can never print. One day it printed documents hours later. I downloaded the HP print doc, seems offline message happens often that they have it on their website. The doc ran for quite awhile and then told me it couldn't fix the problem, contact customer care. I don't want to talk to a chat bot, I want a live person, or written text on what to try. Wish I had bought the Epson!
