Printer works great! Setting up the scanner is a bit of a pain...

Couple this printer with instant ink. Its a winner

It works great, but sometimes does not stay connected to my computer. Another that that it's a nice printer.

I looked at several printers before deciding on the 9015. I considered getting one with two paper trays, but for me, that's a little overkill. This is a great machine, it works very well, set up was a breeze. I have had some issues but I'm running two WiFi systems in the house and the printer was on one and the computer would log into the other. I've resolved that by hardwiring the computer with a printer cable.

Searched all over for a printer and was very pleased to find this HP Printer at Best Buy. Purchase was easy, delivery was easier and getting it set up and configured was not hard at all. This printer is fantastic. Prints are very clear, scanning is easy, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. This printer is everything I needed.

4 functions, all of which work well plus HP ink through mail. No complains. Printed materials look good.

Having a visual screen on the printer is better than from the phone app.

Have had relatively good luck w/a series of HP All in One printers - although they seem to have a operational life of 2 - 2.5 yrs.

So far this is a great printer. Easily connected to my Android phone and computer.

I am so sorry I missed the return window, I procrastinated my bad. I thought the setup was easy, but I have had nothing but problems since. When I try and print from my computer it tells me the printer is offline, it is online, the HP assistant on my computer says so, my app says so, but I can never print. One day it printed documents hours later. I downloaded the HP print doc, seems offline message happens often that they have it on their website. The doc ran for quite awhile and then told me it couldn't fix the problem, contact customer care. I don't want to talk to a chat bot, I want a live person, or written text on what to try. Wish I had bought the Epson!

Excellent printer, like all the features it has. Interested to see how the ink program works.

This is an OK printer. It's a bit noisy and requires that HP Smart app to be installed and logged in in order to print anything. That part is really annoying. I shouldn't need to have people install an app just to print if it's a network printer.

This HP all-in-one printer is an excellent value for a very fine machine.$

Im loving this printer. Has multiuses and its good to print my checks at home for my employees.
