    Junk!!! I have purchased and use HP printers and scanners since 1991 and up until the last two I purchased they were great. This printer prints great. It is the scanner that sucks. The auto document feeder ALWAYS scans crooked. Now it will NOT!! scan legal documents. Single or double sided. I set to scan Legal (8-1/2" X 14") and it only scans 11" of the document.

    We have 3 HP printers OfficeJet Pro 9015, OfficeJet MDX476 and OfficeJet Pro 8720. This unit seems to be standard. I doesn't print as fast as the MDX476 but I don't think it is intended too either. The print quality is good. It has all the functions as the other units. It does seem to have connectivity issues unlike the other units.

    I would not recommend this printer to anyone! It worked fine for 18 months, then the print cartridge froze and would no longer move for no apparent reason. There was no paper jam. I followed all the instructions and could not free it. I tried everything recommended and still could not fix it. Had to buy a new printer. What a waste of money!!! Poorly designed.

    Based on the first month of use, this is a good printer. I did have some issue with connectivity as we print from multiple locations. HP Support was very helpful in resolving the connection issues and followed up to ensure the issues were resolved. I cannot comment on ink usage at this point. The quality of printed documents is good. Color OK. Have not printed photos as of yet.
