    Purchased to replace older HP inkjet that had a defective screen. I set this printer up as a wireless printer so I could place it where I wanted in my office. Wireless setup is not static - had to use internet sources to assign a static IP to the printer - works fine now. HP should do a better job of explaining setup - otherwise, the high-quality I have come to expect from HP.

    Difficult to set up. Took HP tech on line 25 minutes to get printer to work with three computers in one household.

    The salesperson said they were not very good about printers. He was from the appliance dept. Can not hook up, a PDF application. The Geek square was at my house for over 1 and 1/2 and was unable to get it going. I was told to get Geek squad online to try to hook up. Could not get them either never answered. I am still not able to get a PDF application hookup.

    two sided printing and it's fast! great print quality. Scan to file to email someone worked flawlessly. my only minor issue is the basic configuration for the wifi service is through stny.rr.com and not on my local network. This is to allow you to remotely print on the printer. Later I'll remove it and set it up to only be on our local network.
