Had this printer for a month and it works perfect for my at home office. I didn't expect it to be as good as it is.

I love this printer. This is my 3rd HP printer. They last so long that I’m blown away by the features of the new one each time. I print brochures for work and printing double sided is great for that. The instant ink system is great, I never have to worry about running out of ink after the store is closed - happens every time. Prints very fast and quiet too. Pairing to the WiFi network is so much easier than before too.

My wife prepares a family year book and makes copies for our children some other family members, a project that requires thousands of full-color double-sided sheets annually. Our OfficeJet Pro 8610 printed tens of thousands of such pages before expiring, and after three months, the replacement model shows promise of doing even better.

Like most people, I bought this because I started working from home. I've used HP's for the last 8 years. This one is pretty nice, its not too complicated and gets the job done right. I had no connection issues and printed on the first command. Love the double side printing and pretty great print quality. It is a bit bulky

Like the speed and also the two-side printing. Wouldn't purchase a printer that could not duplex print...waste of paper otherwise!

When our former 9015 printer suffered a mechanical problem out-of-the-blue we were pleased to find an updated version available at Best Buy. It is a VERY reliable home printer that met/meets all our business and personal copying needs, hence we were extremely happy to find the same, updated printer available.

At first glance, we loved the features of this printer. The disappointment started as soon as we unpacked it. Setup was a nightmare. HP+ is a horrible marketing scheme that is forced upon you. If you cancel out of the HP+ acceptance too soon in the setup process and don’t sign up for a HP account, the printer will not connect to any devices. Tried 5 different devices, Windows, Android, Apple with no success for any device. 4-5 hours later, after resetting to factory defaults and going through the setup farther to create a HP account before cancelling the HP+ nonsense, were finally able to connect devices. Next was the disappointment from features and performance. The scanner can only be customized using the app on a device. The printer knows when a document is in the feeder, but when you push to a device it always scans from the glass, not the feeder. Must use the app on a device to specify scanning from the feeder. Options on the Android app are minimal, so we found we must transfer photos to a computer to get the options to make any adjustments or custom printing options. Even printing photos from the computer (Windows) app has very few adjustments. No way to zoom, crop or move the photo around before printing. But the worst problem was the photo print quality, which was disheartening even using highest quality on premium glossy photo paper. The colors were lackluster/pale and clarity was poor. For this reason, we returned the printer and will buy another brand that has the superior photo print quality we expect.

I had to re-install 3 times before it would recognize the scan function. Otherwise okay.
