Printer Broken After Only 2 Years, 2 Months.

Geek Squad refused to service the printer, even though I pay for Best Buy Total Membership. When I called HP for tech support they told me I have to pay over $50 for trouble shooting and additional shipping costs, plus parts and labor expenses. I am very dissatisfied. My last HP printer worked for over 10 years.

Issue was it was printing one blank page with printed pages. Overall good product and very user friendly , May ge I got a defective product .

Really liked the other printer. Was sad to have to replace it. I have not printed much with this new printer. Scanned some stuff and that turned out okay. It's a bit noisy when printing. But, over all, it's a good printer and I am happy with it.
