    Replaced and older HP printer which quit working with this new model. Easy to hook up to iPhone and iPad but a little harder to my laptop. I finally got it installed to my laptop and working perfect. Fast printing and clear copy. Would definitely recommend this printer.

    I bought this one to replace my 8000 serious because the print speed on color was slower this one was doing great instant Ink. must have with any HP printer save so much money and time I would Recommend instant Ink with all its product

    The printer is easy to set up and works great. There was a problem with the paper loading tray on the 1st one but as usual Best Buy was great at replacing the printer. Once the printer was set up it worked beautifully and was very easy to sync with my computer.

    I am not happy with the scanning process. I have had a few call to your tech department and so far no one can get the scanner to print from the printer, only from the computer using your HP application. So far the other options work.

    Once set up it prints ok. We had to hardwire it. It just would not recognize the wireless signal. We have had several HP printers, have two now, not sure why this one was difficult.
