We bought this printer to replace our damaged Hp 8620. It has been working as expected. The set up is very easy. Connection to home wifi was very smooth. I recommend this printer for anyone looking to buy printer for home or small business use.

This is the 6th HP printer we've owned over the years. I like HP because the quality is always there. The HP 9015 is fast and efficient. The print quality is excellent. The color is great for photos. When this one is ready to be replaced years from now, I'm sure it will be with the latest HP printer.

    Constant Offline issues

There are a lot of things I like about this printer, but it goes offline constantly, for no good reason. There is no easy fix either. I try rebooting my computer, rebooting the printer, disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi network. Sometimes one or more of those things work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes it just takes time and it randomly starts working. But, its taking way too much time out of my work day. Unfortunately, its too late to return it, otherwise I would.

This product didn’t even last 2 years and the cartridges got stuck with no way to get them out. That’s a product flaw . My past printer lasted over 5 years. This throw away products to have to buy new products is a fatal flaw in our society now. So not environmentally sustainable.

Good printing speed, I still have to yet to figure out how to print or do other functions directly without the need to use the HP Smart App, the only thing is that it is bulky and takes up space on my small desk.

Very easy to set up and use. WiFi range is decent but not the best. The scanner is easy to scan to PDF files. The HP product is one of the best over all home office printers. This all in one printer has only one downside as the tray isn’t as big as I hoped (not a deal breaker).

This is a great all-in-one printer. It was very easy to set up. It has a very quick print time for all documents. It has a wonderful flatbed and sheetfed scanner with automatic document feeding. I have also been enjoying Best Buy's Easy Replenish program with this printer.

I was looking for an HP printer that was comparable to the printer I had at work. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 had pretty much the same features as my printer at work, but was quite a bit less money. So far this printer has proven to be a work horse and I am totally satisfied.

I drove to best buy on 1/20/23 to purchase this printer "new "from Best Buy and didn't have time to set it up until 5 days later due to work. Upon opening box, (RED FLAG) it didn't have any plastic films that one peels off when you buy something new. I overlooked it and proceeded to set it up. (Red flag#2) When I downloaded the HP Smart app and tried to "set up new printer", the printer was not found. I then clicked on "adding printer that has already been set up" and of course I found it there. And good thing I actually tried to use it to try and print something to check out the quality of the print, otherwise I wouldn't have known that the ink included of the 4 cartridges, 1 was completely empty, 2 were about half full and the 4th was about 3/4 full. I called best buy support and was told it'd be best to come in with an appointment to get a replacement but it seemed a bit off as the appointment that they had given me was just past the 15 day return policy which I found odd. I ended up exchanging it for a different one after driving to the store on 1/25/23. I learned that from now on if I buy from Best Buy to not trust item will be always be new and to open item/packaging in my car before driving home to ensure it is actually new and not have to drive back to return it.

      Hi, Brian.

I am sorry that you received a used printer. I can imagine how disconcerting this must have been. This can occur when a printer is sold, returned to the seller, then sold again to a different buyer without being adequately inspected. You did what I would have recommended by exchanging the unit for a new one. I want to help you have a good experience from here forward, so I’ll direct you to some resources to meet that goal.

First, to learn more about your printer and all its features, or for help solving problems, you can access user manuals, how-to documents, troubleshooting guides and software updates here:

This printer is easy to use but slow to boot up and to warm up. However, it is a typical HP product and is expected to be durable. The large paper tray and ability to product two-sided documents is defininetly a plus. Ink is expensive, but I still have no idea how long a supply will last.

Great size for home office with all the features I need. Biggest gripe is wireless intermittent connectivity issues. Also cannot scan documents using iPhone when placed in the machine. App will let you take a photo and convert to PDF.

As usual, HP has not disappointed. My last HP printer lasted 7 years. This HP printer is faster (very fast) and very quiet. Set up was not as simple as my HP printers used to be, but that is a very minor negative. The footprint is slightly smaller than its predecessor HP 8610.

I have not had this printer very long but so far it has met all my expectations. Like my previous HP printer it is versatile and easy to use. It is lighter and smaller than my previous printer but has all the same features except for the new "Instant Ink" feature which I really like.
