Don't buy if you print regularly. Pay per page!!

The printer is decent, however the ability to set it up to send to email and scan to network is not easy to set up. Most frustratingly is the Ink purchase program. you end up paying a subscription for each page printed. I have spend more money on extra pages printed over my subscription that I would have paid just refilling ink on my own. It is a bad a flawed penny stealing system. I am about to throw it away and go back to a normal buy ink when I need it printer.

They could provided a unit for the money. Set up was easy, prints ok so far. The unit feels cheap, no jams so far. So they could do better on the price for what uou get

I have always preferred HP printers and I am glad I was able to purchase this one. I would have given it 5 stars except that it is so noisy it sounds as if it is breaking.

we bought this to keep up with our growing family and our needs. We had an Epson and it stopped working after only having it for 2 years. My other printers were HP, so this time I bought me another one and felt like I made the best decision doing so.

Not a fan of printers but this printer seems to deliver. Had issues printing PDFs but figured out the problem. If you need an all in one printer solution then you might want to consider this.

Don’t know what happened but I am very disappointed with new 9105 model 3 in one. After 12 years, my 8600 had a faulty printer head times 3 that the forced the purchase of replacement 9105x. No 9105 or other HP model Printers in the store-just BB rep explanation/review. The HP on-line reviews didn’t prepare me for the new noise of plastic grinding on plastic during print or the lack of alert messages to fix problem scanning. Love HP but not so much the 9105.

Was easy to install. Wish there were better set up instructions on Fax set up. WiFi info for printing. But it’s super user friendly for faxing, scanning, and printing. One of the reasons I bought this is that if you get kicked off WiFi, it resets itself

With both my wife and I working from home starting back in March, we wanted to invest in a quality printer. This printer helps us scan and send easily and print quickly for both of our jobs. Pairing this with the instant ink program has been great.

Not a fan at all. I am using this HP printer with an HP laptop. I am using a wired and wireless connection and when I try to print I get a printer error message, almost every time. HP wants to use their app which is installed, but it does not help, Printer tray is very poor and counterintuitive, which causes frequent paper jams. HP support is a joke. The most response I get is a chat from 'Chat with Virtual Agent' whose decision tree directs me to wireless connectivity issues. Even with just a wired connection. Don't recommend it.

      Hi, Ahmad.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer has performed so poorly. I can certainly understand why frequent error messages, paper jams and not getting the support you need would be absolutely exasperating. I would love to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll suggest a resource and some information I hope will accomplish that goal.

I can’t tell from your review what’s causing these problems or whether they’re related, but I’ll point out that HP+ printers come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, go to the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:
      - hp.com/plus-help

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – which extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
