Double sided automatic document feeder and double sided print work as expected for Scan as well as for print. It is true that you will occasionally get a message about the printer is offline or it cannot find it even when it is directly connected to your computer, but if you wait a few seconds, problem goes away and it starts printing. I do not restart the computer as is displayed in the popup, I just wait a few seconds. I have it set up with a direct connect to desktop via USB and I also have wireless printing enabled. I did not set it up as a device on the network since all my other devices can print wirelessly. Only negative is a clunking sound when it first starts printing, seems like this has something to do with positioning the print head?

It's great when it prints, but I got many docs sitting in a print que and I'm not sure why. One it just stopped -- no time yet to call Geek Squad, and I have already tried everything HP suggests.

I regret not having taken more time when I purchased this printer. I find it is not as easy or to use as other HP models I use. I emphasize it’s best not to get in a hurry and settle for a product that can be a bit tough to operate just because your in a hurry like I was. Do to low inventory levels I purchased in “Haste” and regret doing so. I’ve always experienced longevity in my HP products. So I likely will have several years to remember why not all printers are alike. I’ll read up on them before buying next time.

I've been buying printers for my home for years... and this was the BEST BUY... I could have made... getting one for my secretary

The out put tray is shorter and if you’re printing a lot then it tends to fall on the floor, it is louder than my old office jet. The ink delivery I am not sure about because I am still in free (2) month phase; but it seems like a good idea.

Great printer. it's an office model so it's quite big for my home desk, but it prints fast and with great quality. More than I wanted to pay, but it's hard to find a printer these days.

Kind of a pain to set up but once it's done it preforms very well. Clear prints and even nice photos. Drawback as with other printers is ink is too expensive. Auto duplex is fantastic.

Great Product for the money and easy of setting up

Very essential for small business and working from home.

Print quality good. Ink cartridge system terrible. Stopped printing after 1 print. An hour with customer service got it working again. It looks like it locked my printer because I didn't sign up for HP's ink subscription, although I'm not sure. Then, a day or two later, it started making strange sounds, like it was cleaning the print heads. Multiple times daily. When it did this, the printer would show it was online, but wouldn't print. Had to power cycle it each time. Returned it and bought an Epson Workforce instead.

This printer is very good! The store staff was friendly and helpful. I literally brought the printer home, unboxed it, plugged it in and set it up. It took about 30 minutes. The printer is easy to use and prints fast.

Purchase for use while teleworking from home. Much faster than the 500 series I used previously. Compatible with my work network which is not wireless. Quality in the printed and scanned is very good. Overall, very pleased.

I love the all-in -ones and use all the features constantly. This printer is super fast which fits my needs well. I have had some problems where it wouldn't print and I needed to unplug the power cord to get it resume, unsure why. Overall, it's a great printer!

Printer is somewhat smaller than my previous HP but does the job nicely. Printing and scanning documents is extremely easy. I’ve had this product approximately 1 month and so far it has served me well.

Absolutely love it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have had a hard time getting the printer to NOT print on both sides, but finally worked it out. Otherwise, great product.

This printer was easy to install and the quality of the printing is excellent. It prints large a large number of pages quickly. I like the online printer cartridge automatic ordering and disposal feature very much. I would highly recommend this printer.

Print per minute is very good, quality is very good. Replacement ink is not too expensive. Was a little difficult to set up, but there was enough online help to fix my problems.
