Works great but I haven't yet figured out how to scan anything - seems it only alllows scanning to the cloud and not to yr PC. This part os unnecessarily complicated.

I purchased this printer about a year and 4 months ago for general home use, not office or heavy workload type of stuff. Overall it is a great value for the price and I was happy with it. However not sure if this is a common issue or not but it has stopped working because the mechanism that moves the printer cartridge is now struck from what I can assume it may be a broken gear.

It does everything I need it to do and it does it well. Can send files to be printed from anywhere in the world by sending an email to my printer, I love that feature. Also the speed and print quality are nice.

I do not recommend this printer! 1) It was extremely difficult to set up the scan to email function. After contacting HP support, it took over an hour for the agent to get it set up. 2) The machine shuts off after 8 hours of inactivity. I just discovered this after attempting to print to it from my iPad the past 2 mornings and found I had to press the power button on the machine to power it back on. I called HP tech support and the agent informed me that there is no way to disable this feature. The tech said it is a safety mechanism - which makes no sense! The consumer should be able to make this decision to enable the feature.

Have had lots of inkjet issues since my purchase, otherwise it’s a good printer.

Best Buy employees were great about helping out when purchasing this printer. I asked "what the best bang for my buck" would be and they recommended really any HP printer would be great.

I experienced repeated issues with this specific printer, the HP "Smart" software, and even HP support. Sometimes it says there is a problem with the ink cartridges, even if you replace them. The HP Smart software is awful and unreliable. HP removed some excellent features and capabilities that were present in the prior scanning software. Also, HP Smart becomes slower the more you use it to scan (i.e. likely memory leak), plus also crashes randomly when scanning. HP support tries to fix the issue by repeatedly reinstalling the software suite. Also experienced some unprofessional experiences when working with support. They prematurely close the chat window or hang up and not call back. They used to be great many years ago, but I do not know what happened.

It functions good for a printer. The HP App is very rudimentary for a “technology” company and will cause many frustrations. The older models are way better! Color is bland, black and white is as expected.

Printer is fast and quiet. Love that it prints double sided documents - definitely faces paper. Easy to connect your laptops - we connected 4 laptops... Quick and Easy. Awesome printer for your "new office"!!!

Overall, this all in one does pretty much everything I want it to do for home/sm business use. photos, scan, double sided, auto feed tray - that works great. Really good quality on the Photo's I have scan/printer or copied. The double side feature really helps to reduce paper waste and cuts down on usage of paper. A nice surprize is that I was able to use not only Letter/A4 but also 14" long sheets in the paper tray with the extender for legal size copies. We really like the features, pretty quiet operation and flawless. Certainly recommend to anyone that needs a Ink Jet with lots of options at home or business.

Good speed and quality print. I only print about 200 pages a month. The printer could do a lot more than that. Very easy setup and it has a phone app that is especially great for scanning -- turns a phone photo into a pdf.

The print features are good. The scanner can be tricky at times due to the automatic feeder can present problems at times. But it is a time saver over the flat-bed scanner I have.

Fast...efficient... crisp scans and pictures... wireless printing with your phone app. as well!!! Bravo!!! 5 Stars!!!! Haven't had to change the cartridges yet... so far she isn’t too thirsty....

Very fast b/w prints, fast scanning, scans saved direct to SSD or HDD or email. Color cartridges do not last very long, perhaps 100 to 150 pages. Wireless setup very easy and simple.

I love that this detects the print and auto ships ink for me. It prints amazing, I can scan and send to my email or print from anywhere. It’s an amazing all in one printer for home and I’m so glad I purchased this.

Beyond expectations. Super quiet & fast. Get it now, don't delay

had to return the printer. I wanted 2 cartridges and the 9015e required 4. I guess I didn't review carefully. If I kept it, I would have liked it as it had everything I needed.

This printer is excellent. Print quality is nice and just love it overall. Had a cheaper HP version before, and its definitely worth paying the higher cost if you value print quality and performance.

It’s average. I wish it had 2 paper trays but I knew that when purchasing it. I like that they is very little paper jams but it’s not as user friendly for non tech people

A bit skeptical on this purchase. I found that the setup through hp was kind of a pain but the printer is great. Fast enough for my business and very good quality printing. I would recommend.
