Runs smoothly no problem with connecting wirelessly to my devices. Having trouble with the scanner but it may be user error. All in all I’m satisfied.

I really love this printer. Love the ease of wireless which i had already but for some reason my last one quit working wirelessly. Had to get help setting it up but they were very nice when helping.

Very quiet printer. Great upgrade from my old office jet printer. Works great from laptop and phone. All functions work properly. The double sided printing option is fabulous. Would definitely recommend!!!!

I love the printer and the XL cartridges last a long time. I would say the only issue is the paper tray, hard to load. Overall this is the best printer I have ever owned.

3rd HP printer I have purchased. Very easy to set up and use. So far it has been one of the better printer/scanners I have owned. I use it for work more these days since I am now working from home.

Good printer but having to regularly sign into HP Connected to use HP Smart is really annoying.

Nice printer. Install was fairly easy. Took a little bit to get used to the app features. As with most printers, I wish the ink was more reasonably priced.

I replaced the HP Office Jet 6600 with the Office Jet Pro 9015. The newer version prints, scans, and copies seamlessly, too. The USB plug-in is a wonderful addition. Using HP printers is a pleasure.

Salesperson lead me in get the warranty which canceled HP warranty for 1 yr plus 1 free and 7 months of free ink. Getting warranty also made we lose 6 months of free ink.

Staff helping me in the purchases were informed about the products. Both the printer and the microwave are performing great.

Difficult to set up. HPs software is not intuitive. Otherwise, a nice unit. My 5th HP since 1992.

Just use for home,and not that often using it as well. But for the few times so far print quality is pretty good and it's relatively fast. Would make a good small business printer also.

I'm not sure what the problem is but this printer will not scan. Geek Squad tried twice unsuccessfully, to make this printer use the scan feature but had to quit because we kept getting an error code. I will keep trying this weekend and if not successful, I will return it for another printer. The scan feature is most important.

The printer, in all aspects is a great device EXCEPT THE FACT THAT MUCH INPUT INTO ITS OWN TINY SCREEN is required. For a person with poor eyesight or clumsy hands, it is almost impossible to do. Take, for instance, the scan to email feature must always have an email input for each different address. If you always send mail to the same few addresses , those can be saved and choices selected and that is fine. If you deal with lists of different addresses, most never to be repeated, some of us would be out of luck. The feature on the models just prior to these (8610) worked beautifully!

I have only used this printer a few times so far as we just received it but overall it seems to be a good printer. I will update this review later, after further use.

Outstanding product. I have always liked HP product and without a doubt, this printer substantiates how nice a product it is. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a nice printer.

The printer itself works fine. The biggest problem was the setup. Other buyers had reported similar issues. It took a Geek Squad installer to get it working properly.

Returned the next day because the ink cartridge slot was broken. Kept getting a printer error message saying to check the cartridges. Kept taking the ink out and putting it back in, but it kept the same error message. Exchanged it for another hp printer. Once I opened the new printer, I saw that it was in another box which was weird since the other one was just in 1 box. The new printer was packaged much better. Maybe I got a returned printer the first time, so based on hp experience I would recommend.

The setup for this printer was a little complicated. Once setup was complete, I find the unit to be perfect for use in-home. The fax is very handy to have. The printing is good quality.

Very good printer with great features for home office. Extremely easy set up. Love the no hassle two-sided printing. Is a bit louder than prior HP 8000 series but not too disruptive. All around good buy.
