Good multifunctional printer. Touchscreen is nice. Haven’t used it to print photos so I can’t speak to photo printing quality, but basic functions are good. The wifi setup can be a bit fiddly if you’re not tech savvy. AirPrint from my iPhone needed to be set up on my 2G network, so to get my laptops which are on my 5G network to wirelessly print, they had to be directly connected with the WPA key.

I've purchased this item twice....the first one lasted a year and after trying to get HP to replace it I stupidly went and bought a second one. The inside of both are just covered in black ink and the first one prints crocked and blurry after trying to fix it and replacing the ink carriage it still does not work. The second one started printing with black ink down it like it had ink on the rollers. I cleaned the rollers and then it started with false paper jams and will not work at all now. I am a huge fan of HP and have used HP envy models for years. I regret switching to this model. I will be switching back to envy while looking for other brands. HP customer service also sucks really bad.

We had a good experience in the store and found the printer easy to install and set up. The printer does a good job with many options but seems to be a little slower to start than what we were accustom to.

Works but screen is difficult when trying to change to different levels. Not as efficient as the 8610. I so miss my old printer. Also do not print as accurate.

Works well for my home office needs. Faster printing than my older OfficeJet All-In-One. Nice software features but they take a little bit of effort to set up and master.

Purchased the printer for a small office and works excellent. Set up was a snap and works flawlessly. Small size but does everything necessary for the office. Definitely recommend.

HP quality was a selling point. I priced another HP one at < $229, but my friend had discussed his needs with a Geek Squad tech and preferred the larger tray size unit,

Great printer. Quality prints with nice colors. Too bad the ink cartridges are still expensive. However I would recommend without hesitation.

The quality of print is good, but for the size of this printer, I feel it is slow. I'm hoping it holds up when printing cardstock. I've had a couple of jams, so far

    Worst Printer App Ever

I cannot recommend this printer since the HP Smart App is the most terrible idea ever. We had no issues for the first month but since that unreturnable period has passed it has been a nightmare. The app constantly logs you out everyday. If you are not logged in it will not allow you to print. And even after constantly logging in it will sometimes require you to turn the printer off and on too. Also it will not print from some Adobe CS programs unless it is a PDF file. Sometimes HP will even send me an email that my printer is not connected to the internet even though it is. If you can buy any other printer please do and avoid anything HP Smart App related.

Prints pages quickly and scans great. Perfect for college work along with any other things I need printed/scanned. HP also has a way to fax via your cell phone on the app if needed.

I previously had a different brand of printer that was terrible. It ate more paper and wasted so much ink, I ended up trashing it. This printer was so easy to set up and is so easy to use.

Bought this printer to replace my heavy (36 lbs) HP 8610. This printer does everything the HP 8610 did and only weights 9 lbs. Much easier to carry on long vacations and print quality is excellent.

This printer works well for an at home office. Scans more docs and prints quickly and clearly. It handles more than a home printer and a bit less than an office printer. Over all, a good bang for the buck!
