I did not plan on buying another hp but I needed a printer and it was the only one in best buy at the time.

I have bought several HP printers and computers and I am sold on the quality and performance. But it a don't look back.

Scanning and printing have been a breeze using HP's software.

Watched videos online and tried what was shown, nothing worked. Tried the online support chat - waste of time. Finally found a phone number and called support. They wanted me to try everything I'd already tried. Then kept asking what type of laptop I was using, as if the laptop brand would affect an error on the ink cartridges! When I went to HP online support and typed in the model number, the first thing that showed up was "are you getting an ink cartridge error message". So that tells me the ink cartridges are an issue with this printer. Taking back to BestBuy because if we can't even complete the setup due to an ink cartridge problem, I clearly see that this will be a problem throughout the life of this printer. Evidently HP has an issue they need to address.
