Have not yet copied or faxed, but print quality is top notch. Also very quick in printing mode. Fit nicely in a relatively small table.

It works fine, butI don't expect it will last as long. Hope I am wrong. I personally don't support the auto ink program. It does not look cost effective for my low usage, and I don't like the controls over the printer that come with it. Also note that scanner is letter size only.

The unit shakes and makes a lot of noise when it prints. The paper tray does not hold a lot of paper so be ready to add paper when printing more than 50 pages. The instant ink ready service is what I like most about buying a HP printer. I think it is cheap then buying ink. Overall, the printer does the job for what I needed and out performs most of the other printers in its price range.

I have purchased several laptops and printers for myself and several family members. I have never had a bad experience. Until I purchased this printer. The scanner will n I t stay connected, I receive error messages when I have to scan documents. Then, I have to continually disconnect and reconnect this printer.
