This printer saved me during the rona with my kids school work. Super fast and convenient. I also didn’t realize it printed pics. That was a nice surprise.

Ive had this printer for about 7 months and it just stopped working. I occasionally used the printer as is only from time to time. Using it for important tax docs or job related tasks... ive only used this for about 7-8 times maximum. Not only am I upset about this printer for being poorly built but it has sneaky subscription services that i thought were going to give me paper and ink each month....i was wrong. Its onoy when i need it type of service.had to fond that out the hard way. The machine uses the blue color with black that ive noticed to drain the cartridges faster(Very Sneaky) in order to need another refill sooner, sometimes very prematurely. Apparently these machines have problems with the printer carriage and thats why mine stopped working. Waste of 300 bucks

Works well. Quieter than previous HP 8610. Don't love the gray color with no alternative available. Would have preferred black, but no choice.

Easy set up and works well so far. Good print quality and fast print speed. I would recommend it for anyone printing a moderate amount.

So far, no issues. I put the HP on the network with zero issues and it has been working fine. Print quality was better than expected and quick.

Great purchase! Been working remotely since March and had to replace my older model HP OfficeJet after 8 years usage. I have several HP products.

Excellent Printer, however got rid of it when I got a very vague message saying there is a problem with your account and you can't print until you fix it. Unable to find the problem and did not want to spend the 10 hours as described in this printer's community to rectify. Had a new Brother printer installed within an hour. Cannot recommend because I do not know what the problem. No timely help from HP.

Wonderful printer that does it all. The app is very friendly as well and I can do all that I need, whether printing, scanning or copying.

This printer is a piece of crap! I can not even print a picture it keeps saying there is a paper jam and there is not. I even tried feeding 1 piece of photo paper at a time and no dice. Also, big dissappointment HP, your insta ink program is a total rip off! If you go over the number of pages you pick for your plan they want to charge you $1.00 to print 10 pages even if you have enough ink to do so. Also, if you decide to cancel, the current ink cartridges that you have will no longer work even if they are full of ink. This is because they are only for use with the insta ink program. If you want to cancel your membership you have to purchase regular ink cartridges from a store, they cost around $100. How stupid you should be able to finish out your ink cartridges you already have! Then they ask if i want to sign up for a program where they supply my paper? NO FREAKING THANK YOU! I can only imagine the crazy stupid rules on that one so they can rip you off even more!

This was a purchase well into the Pandemic. Printers had become one of many items, which were hard to find with the desired features. Our old HP8600 Pro was hard to beat, but finally gave up after over 10Yrs of service. This was an online purchase, went to a "Best Buy" store in the area to pickup. Post bringing it home, We did all the unpacking along with physical setup. We plugged the printer in, and were going thru the setup when We heard a loud pop. So something broke internally, and wasn't physically able to complete one or more of the startup steps. Everything is being made cheaper as the years go on, and HP is no exception. We love their Printers, and many of their products. But if you look next time before purchase, You will note how thin the plastics/moldings are externally so imagine what's inside. Took us almost 2 weeks to find a Printer with fearures We would buy, and am just disappointed with the market overall. Best Buy employees involved had good listening skills, were helpful, and Our return was easy/seamless ... Thank You.

The HP- Office Jet Pro 9015 All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer is a great printer. It is easy to install and use. The print is clear. Prints each sheet fast.

I “upgraded” my 8 year old iffice jet pro because feeder stopped working which was really a minor thing, but I thought why not it seems like time. Well I have spent hours on several occasions on the phone with HP tech support and continue to have same printing problems. It prints sometimes via air print, some times it doesnt. I normally have to unplug printer reboot everyday! Not to mention I feel it is slower than my older model. Honestly feel this was a waste of 250 dollars and wish I would have gotten something less expensive, but I really loved my old HP and expected better from this one, maybe I got a lemon?
