Bought this because my canons kept giving me fits. Ive had multiple HP printers in the past, tough, well built. No happy so far. Tried to install cartridges. Keep getting error that black cartridge is not installed. Did a little searching online, found video to show what to look for. Little bitty flimsy pins that contact the cartridge. One seems to be bent, or pushed out of way. I mean come on, make the metal a little thicker so it wont bend. Now i have an open face printer that wont work. Cant someone make a decent printer?? It should last for several years minimum. I dont want to wait a week to fix it. Going to try customer support and see what i can do.

Works very well. Prints and scans very fast. The only issue I have had is that scanning to a Cloud account seems to hit or miss.

The printer is perfect for my now WFH job - we've not used all the features, but operating is simple & easy.

It is was very easy to use from printing, faxing . Fits perfect on my desk. Color is very brilliant. I have always gotten HP printer and had great luck with them.

My old printer no longer scanned, copied and printed things with ease anymore, and so far, this one is doing a great job at all three, no complaints!

I have one in my office at home and one in my office at work. Love this printer. It works well from my phone to print as well.

We really liked the HP 8600 but it died. This one makes scanning easier with the HP App but we will see about endurance

HP 9015 has given excellent service. Smaller than what I had; but, provides the same quality.

this has to be the best printer iv owned, works without issues,wi makes it great, ink program is so worth it, buy it don't hesitate.

good design. sturdy. good print job. however, setting up scan-send from the unit to email is not that straight forward.

Prints well. Makes great copies. Able to print remotely from all our devices. Set up a little difficult for a non tech type person. Would recommend.

This is a very fast and good quality printer. I am very happy with this purchase.

As I said, printer works good - easy installation I would recommend the HP printer. I've only owned since May 4, 2020

I love this printer! It's amazing. It prints out paper super fast. Tge set up was okay it took a while but afterwards the printer works great

Was looking to replace my HP 8610 and this seemed like a good fit. Prints well. I use instant ink and like that program. I've been very happy with HP printers.

Great copier. Hasn't jammed yet. Prints quickly, even 2 sided. Color it good. Fax is slow, but everything else is quick.

first I needed asap and it came in 1 day. So easy to setup. it is quiet compare to my old printer. easy to read functions on printer screen. I love it

I LOVE my printer and scanner. It was so easy to install and connect to the internet. It's fast and easy to use as well and the color is good too. I also like the idea of signing up for a monthly ink shipment. It makes it so convenient. Don't be worried about the "monthly" charge. While it's a nominal amount you don't get charged until you need it. The best part, the computer triggers a shipment when it's running low, completely taking the guess work and ordering off your hands. Plus, the first black cartridge is FREE!!! Definitely worth it!
