I love this printer. I replaced it from an older 6968 model. The speed of this printer is definitely there. It isn’t anything marvelous, just a step up I’d say.

I LOVE my printer and scanner. It was so easy to install and connect to the internet. It's fast and easy to use as well and the color is good too. I also like the idea of signing up for a monthly ink shipment. It makes it so convenient. Don't be worried about the "monthly" charge. While it's a nominal amount you don't get charged until you need it. The best part, the computer triggers a shipment when it's running low, completely taking the guess work and ordering off your hands. Plus, the first black cartridge is FREE!!! Definitely worth it!

out of the box the printer did not work right, makes loud noises, jams. I waited too long to return to BestBuy, just over a month. And HP is going to take 3 weeks to send me a refurbished printer.

This was a purchase well into the Pandemic. Printers had become one of many items, which were hard to find with the desired features. Our old HP8600 Pro was hard to beat, but finally gave up after over 10Yrs of service. This was an online purchase, went to a "Best Buy" store in the area to pickup. Post bringing it home, We did all the unpacking along with physical setup. We plugged the printer in, and were going thru the setup when We heard a loud pop. So something broke internally, and wasn't physically able to complete one or more of the startup steps. Everything is being made cheaper as the years go on, and HP is no exception. We love their Printers, and many of their products. But if you look next time before purchase, You will note how thin the plastics/moldings are externally so imagine what's inside. Took us almost 2 weeks to find a Printer with fearures We would buy, and am just disappointed with the market overall. Best Buy employees involved had good listening skills, were helpful, and Our return was easy/seamless ... Thank You.

Output tray too short for multiple page documents

I had to replace a HP 8610 printer that I have used for years, so purchased this one. The ink cartridges do not "click" or connect well. I tried over and over and OVER again to insert them. Either they kept popping out or the screen dialog said that the cartridge was was not installed. After finally getting them to all show as installed, I tried to print. If I print a document with 3 or more pages, the pages start falling to the floor. The output tray is too short. When pages come out, they do not lie flat. If you regularly print multiple page documents, just know that you will need to stay next to the printer and capture pages as they are coming out. SO. VERY. AGGRAVATING.

Can't print pictures and insta ink is rip off

This printer is a piece of crap! I can not even print a picture it keeps saying there is a paper jam and there is not. I even tried feeding 1 piece of photo paper at a time and no dice. Also, big dissappointment HP, your insta ink program is a total rip off! If you go over the number of pages you pick for your plan they want to charge you $1.00 to print 10 pages even if you have enough ink to do so. Also, if you decide to cancel, the current ink cartridges that you have will no longer work even if they are full of ink. This is because they are only for use with the insta ink program. If you want to cancel your membership you have to purchase regular ink cartridges from a store, they cost around $100. How stupid you should be able to finish out your ink cartridges you already have! Then they ask if i want to sign up for a program where they supply my paper? NO FREAKING THANK YOU! I can only imagine the crazy stupid rules on that one so they can rip you off even more!

      Hi, Robert.

I’m sorry that your printer has performed poorly, and that you’re dissatisfied with the parameters of the Instant Ink program. I want to help you remedy the paper jam issue and better understand Instant Ink. I hope the information and resources listed below serve that end.

First, Instant Ink is a printing plan, not a cartridge purchasing service. This means you choose a plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly, and you are billed for ink on a monthly interval. Replacement cartridges are shipped as needed based on usage, not by the month. If you would like to consider different plans that would be more convenient, or learn more about the service, I suggest you contact our Instant Ink program. To reach an online agent via chat or by phone, follow this link:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/contact/product/model/5401249?sku=INSTANTINK2

Next, regarding paper jam messages, as you’ve unfortunately discovered, sometimes these can be real or false, meaning the printer can report an error when there is no jammed paper. I recommend referencing the steps in this document to troubleshoot real as well as false paper jams:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201289

If the problem persists, I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the best course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:

It's too early to give the 9015 printer a thorough review...I simply have not done with the 9015 everything it can do. Primary purpose at the moment is to copy transcripts off the internet when they are available, using the double-side-of-the paper option. So far that works splendidly. Greatest challenge for me was following directions and getting it computer ready. I am no Geek; if I were to complain, setting the printer up to get it computer reader was the greatest challenge.

Piece of junk. Avoid at all costs. Would not set up correctly. Had cartridge leak error. Comes with startup cartidges that have very little ink. Bought new cartridges and tried to re-install but kept getting alignment page error. Nothing prints and can't clear the alignment page printing. Spent several hours trying to re-install many times and acessing HP website. HP Virtual Assistant is virtually worthless. HP online support is nearly worthless. Spent over an hour on the phone with HP support before the phone call was disconnected. Called back and was told someone would call me. Still no phone call. Terrible product, terrible support.
