Bought this as a gift. My dad enjoys the ease of use and its features. Software should have been bundled instead of me searching for it on the hp website.

Bought this because my canons kept giving me fits. Ive had multiple HP printers in the past, tough, well built. No happy so far. Tried to install cartridges. Keep getting error that black cartridge is not installed. Did a little searching online, found video to show what to look for. Little bitty flimsy pins that contact the cartridge. One seems to be bent, or pushed out of way. I mean come on, make the metal a little thicker so it wont bend. Now i have an open face printer that wont work. Cant someone make a decent printer?? It should last for several years minimum. I dont want to wait a week to fix it. Going to try customer support and see what i can do.

Ive had this printer for about 7 months and it just stopped working. I occasionally used the printer as is only from time to time. Using it for important tax docs or job related tasks... ive only used this for about 7-8 times maximum. Not only am I upset about this printer for being poorly built but it has sneaky subscription services that i thought were going to give me paper and ink each month....i was wrong. Its onoy when i need it type of service.had to fond that out the hard way. The machine uses the blue color with black that ive noticed to drain the cartridges faster(Very Sneaky) in order to need another refill sooner, sometimes very prematurely. Apparently these machines have problems with the printer carriage and thats why mine stopped working. Waste of 300 bucks

We got this for home & school use & really like it. Quick, easy to use, nice clear print; what’s not to love?

Great printer but very noisy! I can’t give it more stars due to the fact that it could be better for the model type. It’s an all in one printer “Pro” but the mechanic systems is louder than me when I do dishes. The only way to get around it is by leaving it on 24/7 because printing noise is not as loud as the set up or shutdowns. Not for office environments.

Great printer, just wish it had a second tray for photos and could take a whole package of paper.

The printer is ok but unfortunately it seems impossible to set it up to scan as a pdf and everything comes through as a picture, which is not very useful when scanning documents for business. Would certainly not recommend this printer.

I love this printer: bluetooth functioning, easy scanning then emailing scan, 2-sided option. Eager to discover more applications.

We needed a new all-in-one printer. This one stood out as being a good price, good product, and it prints well too.

I bought this printer to replace my old out dated HP printer. It out performs my old All in One by far. Very easy to use and print remotely is a plus.

This printer has been pretty awesome. It actually works and print quality is above average!

I wanted to really love this printer but it gave nothing but problems from the sec it came out of the box. It's possible we just got a really defective unit, maybe. It never stayed connected to our network and had continuous paper jams. Needless to say it was to frustrating and I took it back for a different printer.

I replaced an older HP all-in-one with this unit. I'm so glad I did. The print from anywhere feature is great. A great value for the home or home office.

We had an older model of the same type all-in-one printer. This is an excellent replacement, and our first batch of replacement ink has already arrived.

Scanning is a must now that I am working from home. The wireless WiFi allows the printer to be in a space that other wise would not fit.

Always buy the HP printers. This one is still a little slower than I would have preferred. Still good quality though.

Purchase a replacement printer for home office. Hopefully, this last longer than two years
