I can’t give it more stars due to the fact that it could be better for the model type. It’s an all in one printer “Pro” but the mechanic systems is louder than me when I do dishes. The only way to get around it is by leaving it on 24/7 because printing noise is not as loud as the set up or shutdowns. Not for office environments.

This is the most difficull to operate. I spent long time woth cusromer service and still cant scan pr eamil. The so called smart app is not smart. I gave 2 stars because it just prints now.

I was an HP Printer Fan, but not anymore and the return date already expired, purchased 5/7 and today is 7/16, way shorter period of time for use and return than it used to be too, so HP and Best Buy know the deal.
