    It was a pretty nice printer for a few months, but recently, it won't allow us to print anymore because of a HP software issue. Every time now when we initiate a printing job, the printer denies the job and directs us to check our HP account online. When I go to check it, there's no notifications and everything seems normal. From what I found on online forums, it seems to be connected somehow to an Instant Ink membership, which seems to be required in order to use the printer. This is so deceptive and frustrating. I'd recommend to others to find another printer.
