    The printer itself is great, it's easy to print from my phone and so. I love that you can scan both sides without touching the documents and so on. Unfortunately, I have so many problems cause it gets "off line" from my hp computer all the time even though the printer is on and connected to internet. It is frustrating when you need to print and there's no way...

    I've been a HP user for years and years. I thought I had things going well during setup... When the printer queued for a test print the message "one or more printer cartridges need to be replaced". This was the second NEW HP Printer in 8 months to have problems. I have decided to go with another brand after returning this printer.
