I like the printer but it is very loud!!! It has all the features that I want. I hope it lasts a long time.

Don’t have too power up or anything. From any device just send to print and it’s done usually before I get to the printer.

Worked great until it didn't. Purchased printer in March last year. Tried their HP+ plan for cartridges but opted out when I tried to use the HP supplied cartridges and the printer would not accept them whilst trying to print a huge project. Three weeks ago after replacing a cartridge, the printer had a message that it was "Validating Please wait". This message lasted for several hours even after turning on and off. Called HP support. It took three different representatives and over 5 hours on the phone with them to get printer working again. No explanation as to what caused the issue or how to avoid it happening again. Now I am having the same problem. This experience has NOT made me a fan of HP printers. Seems this problem is not an isolated incident and no one seems to have a solution for fixing it or avoiding it.

I replaced an HP 8600 Printer with this unit. This printer has much better color quality. I also like how it prints on both sides of the paper (if you want it to). I decided to buy the HP InstaInk and I'm pretty sure I will be happy with that choice. They sure don't give much information on how to set the printer up in the box that it came in. I had to go look on-line at other references.
