easy to use-easy to set up- starter ink still in use after 200 pages printed couldn't be happier.

Quality is good. Ink runs out quicker than I thought it would. But overall a good product

Very easy to install and use. Everything came in the package and was literally plug-in and quickly begin using.

Don't really care for it. It's a lot of trouble. My old 8620 was great. I wish I would have just bought a new print head and had it installed. Most of the things are not necessary and are just time consuming.

So far I love this printer. It is easy to use and has good features like mobile fax. I also love instaink.

Worked great until it didn't. Purchased printer in March last year. Tried their HP+ plan for cartridges but opted out when I tried to use the HP supplied cartridges and the printer would not accept them whilst trying to print a huge project. Three weeks ago after replacing a cartridge, the printer had a message that it was "Validating Please wait". This message lasted for several hours even after turning on and off. Called HP support. It took three different representatives and over 5 hours on the phone with them to get printer working again. No explanation as to what caused the issue or how to avoid it happening again. Now I am having the same problem. This experience has NOT made me a fan of HP printers. Seems this problem is not an isolated incident and no one seems to have a solution for fixing it or avoiding it.

Compact and easy to manage. A little challenging to setup but once up and running is easy to use.

I bought this for my father and he uses it all of the time. Very easy to use.

My wife is a Girl Scout leader and we decided to get her a bigger printer. This has worked awesome.

It is very easy to use. Overall, happy with copier, printer, and fax. I would give it 5 stars, but it has, on two occasions, put 8-10 pages through at once (during printing), resulting in spoiled paper and need to reprint the page.

I love HP printers and this one works great. Easy to set up and install. I don’t like the ink cost.

We bought this printer recently after our previous one - several years old - broke during a move from Montana to Colorado. Overall, I'm impressed with the wireless and networking capabilities which a modern printer like this comes with. Unfortunately, we are having issues with the printer's wireless connection to my computer going in and out. It says it's online until I go to scan. Then it says it's offline after a minute of trying. But then I go to check the status of the printer again, and it says it's online once more. There's probably a firmware update that needs to be installed, but I'm disappointed and a little frustrated that we've only owned this for a month now and we're already having issues like that with it.

HP printers are reliable. This printer had the feature that I needed which was to scan two sided documents.
