    Able to get connected very quickly. HP smart app works great with printer & makes redundant tasks easy to do. Installation is almost automatic. The lid for scanner seems very delicate. Also, it falls and hits hard if not closed slowly (learned that accidently). I got lucky it didn't break. I do not like the tray for printed outputs as papers fall to the floor. Overall though, it's great and does exactly what I need it to do without issues.

    I have an HP Office Jet Pro 9015 so I bought the updated 9015e for my son for college. Right out of the box we had issue; the HP ink cartridges would not go into the ink tray. I tried, my son tried, and they would not go in, OR, pop out! The magenta cartridge proceeded to leak. After messing with it for an hour, we boxed it up and took it back as defective. The HP 9015e they had as a floor model the ink cartridges went in and out with ease. I explained the situation to the clerk and she credited the purchase back to my credit card. It was out of stock in local stores and online.
