Useless!

Wouldn’t connect to my brand new Mac Computer because the HP software was having an issue. Apple identified that it was an HP issue. 5 hours later an HP tech who barely spoke English told me HP was working on a fix and I needed to try again the next day. 14 hours later it finally connected to my WiFi! Ate five sheets of paper. Two hours after that I shut it off because it didn’t want to be my default printer. One week has passed. Maybe I’ll turn it back on tomorrow—-or just return it.

Touchy print heads mean no printing

This was the second in this series I bought only to have the same problem. Other than that, it's great.

Defective Right Out of the Box

Right out of the box we had issue; the HP ink cartridges would not go into the ink tray. I tried, my son tried, and they would not go in, OR, pop out! The magenta cartridge proceeded to leak. After messing with it for an hour, we boxed it up and took it back as defective. The HP 9015e they had as a floor model the ink cartridges went in and out with ease. I explained the situation to the clerk and she credited the purchase back to my credit card. It was out of stock in local stores and online.
