    So far printer is working fine. But we don't use it that often. The only thing I don't like is when you fax something it taakes awhile to get the confirmation on the screen. Our older H.P. told you right away and you actually got a audio dial tone putting the number in. This one no.

    I purchased this printer for my 82 yo mother who lives in another state. I chose this model largely because it boasted easy setup and the reviews confirmed this. Unfortunately it was not easy for her at all. After 3 days of trying on her own she called a great nephew to complete the install. It’s been a month and so far she has had no complaints.

    I haven't been using it long but it has been working well. I took one star off because even though the instructions make it appear the unit can open to insert the ink cartridges, it doesn't, or at least mine doesn't. I don't want to break it by forcing it so had to slide them in from the side. If I didn't have small fingers, I would have had issues.

    I purchased this printer 6 months ago to replace another HP inkjet printer that I've had for several years. This printer has been problematic since day one. The driver just stops working from time to time, and I have to remove the printer drivers and reinstall them every month or so. Also, I don't understand why the company has to force the printer that you buy outright to go through their website to be able to do anything with it. I want to be able to use a printer that I buy without having to go online. The overall interface for this printer is terrible. This is the last HP printer I buy.
