    The quality of the printer and scanner is good for my home business (financial services). I needed a 2 sided scanner and this printer had what I needed. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that I was unable to set up scanning to my Gmail and the online customer service did not help, but I figured out an acceptable workaround.

    I love this one-in-all printer. It replaced an HP that we’d owned for over 15 years. Decided to switch and take advantage of the monthly charges for ink supplies. Everything is good so far . . . The only adjustment I would make is the print tray could be longer to catch all the printed pages; it should extend a few more inches to make it perfect.
