This printer has been problematic since day one. The driver just stops working from time to time, and I have to remove the printer drivers and reinstall them every month or so. Also, I don't understand why the company has to force the printer that you buy outright to go through their website to be able to do anything with it. I want to be able to use a printer that I buy without having to go online. The overall interface for this printer is terrible. This is the last HP printer I buy.

I’m not real keen on the required app downloads to access the scanning function and to check the ink levels, especially when the apps are all different for Windows/MacOS/Linux. The new ink subscriptions are also a bit intrusive with monitoring your printing. The printer functions well for printing.

And I mean slow. It it like watching paint dry. When you scan to email you do not have the option of doing double sided, at least not that I have found. I loved my last HP printer, but I wish I had done more research.
