It prints to letter size well enough but eats envelopes. I bought this brand due to one device i had only can peint to HP, I completely regret my choice.

First, I recommend you follow the steps in a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all. Egh wish it worked flawlessly straight out the box

Both are brand spanking new. Laptop doesn’t have issues with any other Bluetooth connections, so maybe it’s printer? When it does print, it’s fast.
