    I have always had good experience with HP Printers. This particular model was a bit cumbersome to set-up and get functioning properly. The set-up should be more intuitive. In this case, what the guide says is not always what will happen. Either update the set-up or make it completely automated.

    I like this printer but the size of the touch screen bothers me, it's too small! This replaced an HP Officejet pro 8600, and that touch screen was easier to work with. I have big fingers and my wife has long nails so we ended up using a stylus to make it easier to dial and to use some features.
