This printer works fine, but much slower than our old model. Just doesn't seem to be as sturdy. Had a problem hooking up the fax to it also. There really aren't many other options for an inkjet printer so hopefully this one holds up for awhile.

Horrible 9015 All In One OfficeJet

The printer that first arrived screeched so loudly you couldn't stay in the same room with it. After many calls to service, they agreed to replace this printer. I was instructed to remove all of the removable parts and ship the old one back which I did. The new printer arrived but the paper tray that I kept from the old printer will not come out of the printer as it should. Called HP support and they were rude and no help. Garbage

Stuck with an HP, because my previous Copier/Scanner/Fax worked great! The quality of the copies are fine. But the automatic feeder is terrible! When scanning or copying It cuts off the top portion of the copy. It just stops feeding and copying after just a few pages. VERY unreliable! Scanning from the flatbed works fine, but when you have multiple pages to scan into one document it is not feasible! Would not recommend this printer for quality and reliability.

I’m sorry that your printer’s automatic document feeder is not performing well. It’s no surprise that you’re profoundly disappointed, considering your scans and copies are missing parts of what you intended to print, and that the feeder stops after a few pages. I want to help you remedy this problem, so I’ll direct you to some appropriate resources and information.
First, I recommend you follow the steps in a guide on our support site to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all. That description might not fit your issue exactly, but I believe the guide might provide some insight nonetheless. Find that guide here:

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
